I can't say enough good things about the service I just received from these folks I called them last minute for some snowblower parts and they were extremely helpful and we're able to resolve my issue They went above and beyond and it's nice to see service companies still provide good service highly recommend them!!

Horrible service. An electrical cord got caught up in my mower blade. I called TK’s, they picked it up. One week later they returned my riding mower, now my headlights did not work, thank goodness for YouTube. I cut for about 50 feet and the belt fell off. One more week at TK’s. They called and said the belt was put on wrong. Upon getting my tractor back, the belt fell off again shortly after engaging the blades to begin cutting. Back to TK’s. At this point, instead of apologizing for needing 3 opportunities to fix my tractor correctly they took the low road. They claimed a huge stick was

Tom and his staff are knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated to their customers. They epitomize the benefits of purchasing from an actual dealer and their pricing is very fair. Tom is responsive, helpful, and was willing to go to bat for me on some warranty items that any big box store would have blown off ("here's the manufacturer number, try calling them").
He also did a wonderful job installing my Automower on a fairly challenging property and it has worked very well for the few seasons I've had it. His experience gave a much smoother end result for me than many folks have had (per reviews).

I recently had them install a snowblower on my lawn tractor. There were some issues with my existing motor so they also had to replace that motor with a used motor. All in all, I spent about $3k total for this transaction. The owner, Tom, was supposed to drop my tractor off at my house. He showed up around 7pm and I was not home. He parked the tractor in my driveway (which was perfectly fine). I didn’t get home until late that night and seeing as how it hadn’t snowed I just left it where it was. The next snow storm we had (4-5 days later) I went out to start the tractor and it would not start
