I enjoyed using Brandy Austin Law Firm for my divorce..I mean.. it's not a fun situation but they got it done! Sharon was my main point of contact and she was always very nice and answered all of my questions. Everything was done over the phone and through an online portal so I didn't even have to leave home! Communication was kind of rocky in the beginning because my ex was holding things up. It would just be nice to be informed of the hold up. Communication improved tremendously more towards the end! All in all, I would use this law firm again although I hope I don't have to!

This is just a top-rate law firm! I called regarding some property damage currently in storage and was concerned there were going to be issues with the facility manager (they said they were not going to pay for any damages). Brandy Austin Law Firm advised I speak with my insurance agency, which I did and was able to file a claim.
Not only was the staff at BALF professional, I received a call today from Darian Berryman, checking on how things were going. I honestly did not expect that. I can see why this firm has such a great reputation for service.

I spent $8500 hundred dollars 0 Results . Stay away from this Law Firm you will be disappointed and let down. With constant lies and "0" Truthfulness. I get it Ms Austin is just trying to take care of Her employees at my expense. Do Not Retain This Law Firm You Will Regret It. I hired Brandy Austin Law Firm in 2018 to represent me in my divorce. I never imagined I would have wasted so much time, and over $23,000 with this law firm for them to accomplish absolutely nothing in the 2 years that they had my case. The first issue was the amount of attorneys that picked up my case... I dealt with 5 different attorneys during this time. The first attorney never filed my temporary orders correctly, which cause more fees, and court cost due to this law firm never following through with the correct filing. The next few attorneys hardly did anything at all, but charged me over

Jennefer Lowe has continued to take advantage of my brother in law. He had a court date today so she could excuse herself from his case that SHE cancelled and did not care to contact him about the cancellation. He is on oxygen and being out is a SEVERE risk to his health. Jennefer has taken over $4,000 dollars from him with nothing to show for it.… She has cancelled two court appearances and not contacted him. She is now wanting $800 from him that he doesn’t have as he is on a fixed income and she excused herself from his case. We will be taking our complaint further against this firm
