I began my massage career 17 years ago when I attended Health Choices Holistic Massage school in Hillsborough, NJ. I had always been interested in psychology, the mind body experience, health and wellness. Five years ago, my husband and I relocated to Florida with the intention to leave behind the hustle of the northeast and live our best lives in the warm climate.
Reiki is a form of healing that was originated in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1800s. With Reiki, the practitioner channels through the body to the hands the ki or energy that flows from the Universe. The practitioner lays or hover the hands on the recipient, automatically transferring and allowing the healing that this flowing of energy brings.

I had the best massage I have ever had yesterday. It was the first time I have ever been so relaxed I lost all control of my arms. I felt as if I was melting into the table. I was so relaxed after I could barely walk. If my wife and I come back to the area they will be the first thing we schedule. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience at ‘I got your back’ ! What a wonderful gem of a place; beachy and zen. Beautiful decor. I came from out of town, and was given the warmest welcome! Tony is an amazing masseuse, and really took time to work specific areas of concern. A truly lovely experience! When I’m in the area again, I shall return!
