With extensive backgrounds in both therapeutic massage and the medical field, I have been able to able to combine the two for your optimal health and relational experience. Some of my past history is being on the rehab team with the Cirque du Soleil and teaching Massage Technique. I provide many types of Massage and Bodywork from Deep Tissue, Therapeutic and Sports Massage to Relaxation/Swedish Massage. I offer a Massage Maintenance Program which is a reduced rate off the most popular regular priced 90 minute massage services; this requires one 90 minute massage every 4 weeks.
Intensify your massage experience by adding one of our soothing add-on services. From the invigorating Body Scrub to the relaxing Rose Mud Spa Foot Treatment, our add-on services are symbiotic with all our massage techniques. Ear Candling or coning is a simple, pain-free, effective method for removing excess wax, fungus and in some cases parasites that may cause impaction in the ear canal.
Waxing maintenance program 15% off my most popular waxing services; requires same body part waxing every 8 weeks. Body hair waxing, trimming and/or shaving is only available to men. I am one of the few places in the area that does complete men's waxing, including Brazilian waxing. Anal and Intimate Area Bleaching is now also available.
My normal session is the 90 minute Bodywork Signature Massage. When booking your massage, please let me know if you prefer a longer or shorter appointment, session, or massage. Take this time to tell us if you don't want a certain body part worked. You will then be asked to undress to your comfort level and to get on the massage table under the towel or sheet provided.

I was referred to Rog by my friend Nik and it was one of the best, if not, the best massages that I have received. I shared my personal preferences of no music, no talking as well as why I was visiting and then let him do his magic. Rog respected my preferences, is professional and made me feel completely comfortable & welcomed. It is also great that he is in a professional medical building with plenty of free parking. I was dealing with some issues that were impacting my day to day life. Roger’s reviews were stellar and he happened to have an opening on a Sunday. Roger Medrano at The Lofts in Tampa is so much more than a Massage Therapist. As a result of a car accident I went to him for back and neck muscle spasms. He applied just the right amount of pressure that I needed and worked more deeply than any other Massage Therapist I've ever gone to.

Roger is a delight! His presence alone is a gift!! Beyond the comfort and laughter, his technique raises the bar to a new standard. His extensive knowledge is demonstrated in his crystal clear ability to target specific problem areas. I had my first appointment with Roger in June of 2003 while he was visiting Indianapolis. Even now, I have found no one locally that can get the same results. Many massage therapists advertise they do deep tissue, but, it's not the same.
When I was running, I relied heavily on Roger to get me ready for the longer races - 1/2 and full marathons. I would fly to Florida for a 2 day regime to get me ready for the races. My times improved immensely. Now, I rely heavily on him to work out all the kinks with deep tissue massages.
