New construction and addition of a liquor store to an existing convenient store located at the corner of Old Perry Rd and Hwy 96. This project includes site work, paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete pad, erection of a pre-engineered steel building, framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, exterior stucco and interior finishes.
