So happy with our service!! We were originally working with another contractor who was doing more than needed in attempt to get more money from our insurance. Andy gave me advice and was able to come out quickly to do a quote for the rebuild. Everything was finished so fast and professionally! Extremely trustworthy and efficient. I have already recommended them to friends in the area.

Andy and his team just replaced our roof this past Friday. We could not be more satisfied! Andy was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He fulfilled everything he quoted and his price was very reasonable. We had reached out to 5 other roofers and not been impressed with any of them, but when we contacted ERS, we felt very confident they we finally reached a company that really wanted our business. We approached Andy with the request to build a greenhouse and wanted it attached to the house. As we talked he made several valuable design suggestions and took on the project. We are sure glad he did! We ended up with a structurally sound and extremely well built greenhouse that will outlast us! One of the positive aspects of Expert Renovation Services lies in Andy's subs who each performed their task to perfection. They left the job site clean and were very professional. I would highly recommend Andy as he exceeded our expectations in this project.

Andy and his crew are outstanding! We had a large residential roof replaced. Most notably, Andy is one of the few contractors who keeps his appointments......met him on site at the time he said, got a clear understanding of what the scope of work was and then he followed up with a very professional estimate. Further, each day during the construction, Andy always kept me up to date with excellent communication. His crew is meticulous with the clean up! No need to get anyone else to do your work - just call Expert Renovations!!!!!!
