Dr. Stephen Petrofsky is available to treat foot and ankle ailments such as diabetic foot care, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, warts and painful calluses. Dr. Petrofsky attended medical school at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. After graduating in 1974, he completed his residency at Kensington Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Petrofsky is board certified in podiatric surgery and podiatric medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in podiatry and is a fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association.

During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.

I have been going to Dr. Petrofsky since I starting living in Florida. He came highly recommended by my insurance company because his credentials and expertise are at the highest levels. He is personable, easy going, and very compassionate. His newly remodeled office is very modern and his staff is wonderful. They go the extra mile for their patients. I would recommend them to anyone needing foot care.

Dr. Petrosky and his office staff are kind, efficient and caring with expertise and knowledge regarding the care of the feet. Dr. Petrosky healed my long term toe nail fungus and explained the reasons why I shouldn't have foot surgery for another bone related problem. I highly recommend this practice.

He is the most amazing doctor i have ever been to. Very caring., he and his staff have been such a blessing. They are always checking making sure that i am doing well. I would NEVER dream of going anywhere else. He is the very best in town. If you want it done right the first time then definitely give him a call. You won't be disappointed and trust me i am difficult to please so if i say he is beyond amazing I mean it. I don't give out compliments easily . No question about it , he is the best podiatrist you will EVER find. He takes the time to answer all my questions and i never feel silly asking

I only wish I could give Dr and his staff 10 Gold Stars! I actually look forward to my appointments. Highly professional staff with the friendly & caring approach you want when experiencing tender foot pain. Always a reminder phone call at least 2-3 days prior to your appointment date giving you plenty of time to cancel or reschedule when absolutely necessary. I have never waited more than 5 minutes, if that, past my scheduled appointment time before seeing Dr. I highly recommend giving Tammy or Roberta a call if you're in need of a podiatrist. Sissy and Dr Petrofsky will take excellent care of

Wonderful chairside manners! I'm very pleased with Dr. Petrofsky and his staff. He took his time and answered all my questions in a way I was able to understand.

I’ve had foot problems for almost 50 years due to an injury that long ago. I’ve seen many Foot Doctors all across the country for my problems and I can say that Dr Petrofsky is, without exception, the finest Foot Doctor I’ve encountered. He has provided solutions for my problems that have taken the pain out of walking. No matter what problem I’ve developed, I know that Dr Petrofsky can help me overcome it.
And, on top of that, his staff is absolutely the best!

Dr. Petrofsky creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere where he builds a rapport with his patients. He is up to date on his skills and gets to the root of their individual problems and treats accordingly. He is a very skilled surgeon and has practiced in this area for more than 40 years. Dr. Petrofsky has been my foot doctor for the 17 years I've been in Florida! (I found him after I had a terrible experience with another practice!) His knowledge, care, skill, friendliness, & follow-up with patients is excellent. His staff is friendly, organized, & competent. I think of them as family now & would highly recommend this medical practice!
