Pismo Beach Bike Rentals

Rented 2 electric bikes for 2 hours on Thanksgiving Day. We were shown how to use them and were given suggestions on where to go. It was the most fun we’ve had in a long time! Will definitely return!

This place is amazing! We loved biking in the 6 seater bike! It was thanksgiving eve and the whole family enjoyed this experience. The customer service was amazing..Thank you!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I came in looking for a bike rental and was treated horribly by the owner . I over heard him talking to one of his employees saying “ go help those wet backs”. I am in lost of words for this facility. Wouldn’t want anyone else to get treated this way.

Horrible services, Unprofessional, rude, unsanitary, and liars. Bikes are not cleaned after being used. Rented a bike out for two hours due to some issues we decided to return the bike after 5 minutes however we weren’t able to get our money back. There for No refunds, no store credit, and no swaps. No sign in store that mentions that. Manger guy works their but will lie to you about him being their to not deal with customers. Called the store, was talked over, ignored, and hanged up on. They only care about your money, once your card goes through or you hand them crash they no longer care about

Horrible place. Rude, unprofessional, horrible customer service. Payed to rent a bike car for 2 hours and only used it for 5 minutes because we couldn’t reach the pedals. They refused to give me my money back, do store credit, or even swap it out for a different type of rental. Will never do business with them again. Save your money and go else where.

Go somewhere else. I gave a $100 bill to pay for $15 of fishing weights. I didn't realize it until I had left but the Employee only gave me $45 I change. I called and spoke to the owner who said he would call me back. He never called back so I followed up the next day. He refused to give me my change back and said it was my fault for not counting my change. I explained to him I had three kids and my hands were full (we were headed to the beach and if you have kids, you know what I mean). I asked why the employee would not have counted change back to me. He said it's up to the customer??? I asked

The people that worked here are very friendly and were quick with helping me during a busy time. However, this was not what we expected. I thought it would be riding along the beach and enjoying the scenic views. Instead it was riding on a busy street, looking at RV parks and scared of the fast paced cars driving past me. I actually took my 2 year old son out for a while and walked with him while my husband rode the bike on a bike trail that was very narrow. Could be a memorable experience it there was a way to have better views.

Very easy getting our bike rental for 4! Close to the beach and very kind, friendly & cheerful people! Our family had a great time with the 4 wheeler bike! Great for family! Would Definitely recommend this place !

GREAT PLACE! Very professional staff and Young Tyler was an expert at explaining how to properly operate the bike. We’ll definitely rent from them again next time we’re in Pismo Beach!

What an amazing experience. The employees are so nice and helpful . The bikes are amazing. We went on a great ride then turned around next day and took the kayak tour. Can't express enough how much fun that was. so beautiful by the caves and Corrie our guide knew all about them he was absolutely fabulous. Will be going here from now on!!
