Many of our repairs can be done in under one hour. Samsung phones usually take between one and two hours, and iPads take between three and four hours. For most computer repairs, we ask that you're able to leave your computer for 24 hours. Because QuickFix only uses top-quality parts and makes sure the job is done right, we aren't able to price match.

This review is for the blonde girl at the front. I've been coming here for two years so it starts that far back. First time I met her she was rude but I'm the kind of person to let rude people slide. I have two different iPads I bring in and it's the one w the finger print ID. I had broken screens not broken home buttons but after I brought it in, my home buttons were broke. With both iPads but brought in at different times. This little girl said my son broke it. Said he pushed it too hard like he got gorilla fingers. And act like I was trying to get free stuff. No, I just want fixed

Employee admitted to never fixing an Xr screen crack. However, he fixed it within an hour. Immediately, after screen was very sensitive - I just assumed it was associated with new screen protector. Then less than 30 days later screen became pixelated. Returned to store and Brent the manager refused to honor 30 day policy of fixing screen at no additional cost.
Extremely disappointed in service and lack of customer care, and expertise. I will never return to this business again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE!! We took the phone in to get the cracked screen repaired. Had to leave the phone on a tuesday because they had to order the screen. We were told that phone would be ready that Friday or following Monday. Called Friday to check on the phone and were told that screen was not in and to check back on Monday. Monday came and phone was ready. At the time of pick up, my mother-in-law was told that power button was loose and there were waves in the screen. Screen was getting super hot and side of screen was lifting up off the phone and none of these issues existed

The employees at Quick Fix are nice and polite but the quality of work that was done on my phone is terrible!
I went with a broken screen on my iPhone 6s and was told that my phone would be ready in a hour and a half. When I returned at that time my phone was not ready. I waited half a hour in the waiting room for them to finish my phone and left the store. As soon as I got to my car I realized that my phone screen had discoloration and immediately brought the phone back in on the same day. I let the gentlemen know what was wrong with my phone and he took it back. He told me it would take 10

Took my iPhone 7 Plus to get a screen replacement so I could trade it in to my carrier. The service was fast only took 30 minutes but when I got my phone the whole side of the screen was lifted up as if it had not been installed properly. The girl at the desk said she would see if the phone repair guy could fix the lifted side. He walked by and said no. She said for me to take it to my carrier and they should still be able to trade it in. No the rep that helped me at my carrier said he used to fix screens and the lifted side was just due to laziness and not applying the adhesive correctly and letting

Wish i would have got the guys name but i def wanted to give a shout out to Quick Fix! Walked in with a BUSTED, i mean BUSTED iPhone! He looked at it, quoted me and said an hour or less! Got back 50min later to a perfectly new looking phone!!! $150 bucks never felt so good to spend over $1k! Thanks again guys!

I took my phone in to repair my broken screen and Brent immediately assisted me. I was so impressed by the service provided, it was fast and my phone was returned to me looking impeccable! The screens used at this shop are high quality screens unlike other cheap ones I've had in the past. Sometimes I am leery of small mom-and-pop shops because I don't know how well their customer service will be like if I am not reasonably satisfied with their services.
In the case of Quick-Fix, I had an issue with my phone not properly working after the screen was repaired. I had to take it back twice in order for it to work properly. Quick-Fix responded appropriately to the issue each time without a hassle. Their technician stuck to it until my phone was working properly. Kudos for Quick-Fix.

Flippin' unbelievable.
I get hime from dinner and my phone falls from my lap, where i had it absentmindedly, onto the small boulder size of chunked gravel along my driveway.
Dang it, I had to go pee so bad!
I knew what occured immediately.
I'm sure some may understand my frustration after losing my LGV10 to "bricking" after having it for not even 17 months.
Fortunatley i got the insurance when I purchased my phone at Costco.
Quick trip to Costco, a call to the company that insured it, options about where to go for a fix, and here I am.
I called first to see IF it could

Brought my iPhone 7 in for a camera lens replacement and got my phone back and the thumb ID stopped working. CJ the repair tech asked to see what he can do to fix the issue? After a screen swap that was unrelated to my original repair CJ made it right to make sure that my phone was working the way it came in. It's local businesses like this that get my highest respect for taking the extra time to make sure his customers are happy!

Brought in an iPhone 6 with a cracked screen and a jitterbug phone to unlock. The iPhone was done in an hour while the technicians worked all day to unlock the jitterbug. These guys could have charged me at least a diagnostic fee but when they could not crack the greatcall code, which isn't any fault of their own NO CHARGE Shane said. Very honest people that always have done a great job with all my phones for at least 5 years.

My daughter dropped her iPhone5s. The entire screen shattered.
I've never had to get a smartphone repaired before. We did have insurance on it, but the deductible for that is a whopping $150!
I called this place, and they quoted me a fair price. (actually, it was a really good price) We brought my daughter's iPhone in, they took a look at it. We filled out a form, paid for the repair. It cost less than $100 with the 10% Yelp! Check-in Discount. We came back after getting a snack, and it was done.
The store is tidy. There's a couch in case you wanted to wait there for your device

I went in expecting a quick screen swap on my phone. Was told about two hours to replace the screen. Was told by young lady that everything was fine with my phone and that the screen was the only issue to be replaced.
I was given my phone back almost three hours later. I'm glad I checked it because it had various dead spots and was acting crazy. I went right back into the store to have the screen replaced, as they have a 30 day warranty. Same thing again. We pulled the paperwork and all of a sudden the condition of my phone had changed. I looked down and noticed the circle
