Super easy to schedule, wonderful friendly staff, very very quick. My phone's battery couldn't hold a charge for even a day. If I left it unplugged at night, it would be fully dead by morning even on low power mode. Contacted T&E to get a new battery by scheduling through their website. They put there prices there so there were no surprises. They even returned my phone to me clean (like they got rid of all that dust and stuff that gets in the charging ports)!!

I’ve gotten my screen replaced twice here. Each time my screen has broken within a few weeks. It seems like they’re not sturdy materials they replace the screens with. After my initial visit to fix my screen my FACE ID had stopped working and I notified them. They looked into it but didn’t correct it.
My screen cracked again and I took it to them. Notified them again of the Face ID issue but they still couldn’t take ownership of it. They offered a screen protector for my phone and I accepted. However after just a few days, my screen cracked in the bottom right. I inquired about any warranties

I went to T & E repair for my phone and was so happy to find out that my pictures and everything on my phone were saved. The last picture I have of my late husband was on that phone and I was really worried I would not get my phone back with the pictures still on it. My phone was fixed the very next day and the price was so affordable. These people are honest and I will be going back to feed him for all of my repairs. Brought my wife’s water damaged screen iPhone 11 for a replacement. Staff was knowledgeable, professional, and quick in getting my wife’s phone back up and screen replaced. Wife was very happy. Love the service text message you get when the phone is done, so you don’t need to hang around. Got an errand done and the repair text completion was like 20 minutes.

Very awesome job! The quality of the repair is fantastic! Normally I do repairs myself but lately I don’t have time to for it and after evaluating the repair it definitely passes my expectations. Aside from the customer service is great, very friendly and are helpful in explaining details to customers that are not familiar with the process (over heard this being done with another customer in front of me which made me happy to hear).

After my Samsung Galaxy Tab A was dropped, the tablet's screen sustained a spider web series of cracks emanating from one corner.
