While we are best known for our residential property management, we also offer a number of other services. We manage 300,000 square feet of commercial space. Tenants include a supermarket, hardware store, national and local restaurants, office and retail space and more. We offer secured mini-storage spaces on Florence Ave. in Pekin.
We offer rental apartments for everyone with a wide variety of prices, locations, sizes, and layouts. We have flexible lease options on our apartments in Pekin, Morton, Peoria, Washington, and Canton. And our apartment maintenance service is second to none! Located in the heart of downtown Peoria Heights, steps from fine dining, boutique shopping, Rock Island Trail, and Grandview Drive.
In April of 1976 I began my employment with a local CPA Firm and one of my clients was Monge Realty and Investments, Inc., a prominent construction and development firm headquartered in Pekin, Illinois. Through that association I got to know Robert "Bob" Monge and his organization. Although the company had built numerous apartment communities, it only owned a few of them.
Our officers and employees have had the opportunity of serving on various boards and committees over the years. We are appreciative of the charities and not-for-profits that strive each day to better the lives of those who find themselves in need. We have chosen to identify several organizations with whom we can associate company-wide.

They have lots of apartments to choose from depending on what you need. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful and work gets done quickly after I call it in, unlike other places I've rented from. Is it perfect? No. But it's an old apartment not a custom home. I have high standards but they're also realistic and I don't expect $3000 service with a $300 budget and I think maybe that's happening with some of the reviews I read before I decided to give them a chance myself. I'm only in my second year but It's nice to know I don't have to look for a new place every year or two and can

I lived here over a year they charge way over market value for the area attempting to raise the market value by owning all the apartments in the Morton area ,dish washer has never worked ,been repaired three times,windows need replaced the wind whistles threw them , there's a power issue a 2 bedroom apt costs me about 120$ a month in power ,carpets were dingy and had fleas when we moved in had to be treated they wouldn't do it or pay for it to be done washers/dryers don't work properly and are expensive ,and the ground floor apartments flood in the woodfeild apts
