Circle 9 Ranch Campground
Circle 9 is a family owned campground, with managers living onsite overseeing the day to day operations. Our staff members have all been with us for quite some time. We feel this is a testament to the quality of the campground and the good relationships we form with people. We have 120 varied campsites, with no 2 alike.

The campground is set up in different areas, for the tenters, the RVers, the seasonal folks, and group campsites. There are 3 modern bath houses all within close proximity to any site on the campground. Laundry facilities are provided on site, a recreation room, an onsite store, propane filling, a nearby RV service center, a brand new state of the art bingo/dance hall, and a large pool are available to all of our campers.
Services
All campers and visitors must stop by the the office to register before entering the campground. No fireworks, firearms, or weapons are allowed on the premises unless otherwise approved by management. If site already has two vehicles visitors must park in visitor parking in front of campground. If gate card is returned cracked, bent, or with unusual wear or not returned at all camper will lose deposit.
We offer an array of different sites to suite your needs. Tent sites to escape from the hustle and bustle of society to Luxuries RV sites to make you feel at home. Just ask and let the adventure begin. Brett was great, as was everyone working here. I had a beautiful site on the pond. Very convenient camping, they keep your card on file so you can go get wood, food, or ice with no hassle.
We are conveniently located just mile south of the Epsom traffic circle which has a variety of restaurants, dollar store, gas stations and a drug store. We are located at 39 Windymere Drive which connects at both ends to Route 4. Pull on in and continue to the gate and say hello to the camera and we'll get you all settled in.

Apparently disabled veterans that rely on service animals are not welcome here. Their office says it's an insurance liability but it seems more like a lack of care for ADA laws designed to protect those who protect this country and our freedom.

I work weekends and this campground is a wonderful way to unwind and relax. The staff and other campers are very helpful and courteous. There is fishing, hiking ,pool and a playground for kids. Food and stores within walking distance. The only thing I don't like is having to leave.

Horrible place. Bathrooms are dirty, sites ate to close together. The people actually tried to steal my dog and.. the people who work there are rude and do what they want.. they over charge and steal from people there's no refunds.. worst place I ever camped and they even told my kids bathroom by pool was closed cause covid and to pee in the pool. Absolutely disgusting. Will never suggest this to anyone .. choose a better campground if you can. They also love cheat and steal and I have many reasons to take them.to court . Someone needs to stand up to these peoppe. Not gonna allow a business to

Let's see. We're do I start.. first check in was ok. Then we paid for wood. Paid for a tent site with w/e (got to the site no water ) ugh and it starts. So it's now 8:50 pm. Still no wood. So we called a phone number to see we're our wood was. The lady that answered was rude told me to go to site 1. So I did.. he was drunk.. asked me why I didn't pay him and he knew nothing about my wood. But after I told him I paid the office. He did delivery the wood... It's now Saturday.. we went to use the pool. Which was nice

My husband and I came to New Hampshire on our honeymoon to watch the Nascar race (we are from NY). While looking around, we found this place. Through booking and everything, everyone was helpful and pleasant. We had issues with our gate card not working, multiple times, but both of they workers were very helpful and fixed the problem for us. The bathrooms are kind of a disaster. There's no toilet paper (they do tell you ahead of time), there's a lot of ants, spiders, etc (but we're in the woods), and they aren't cleaned very often. We were here for almost a week and I only saw

In my initial phone call to the campground, I reserved a site for 1 month and paid in full:
$700 monthly site fee
$35 gate card deposit
$200 deposit
8 days prior to what would have been my check in date, I canceled the reservation.
After several discussions back & forth, Rox-Anne would only refund 50% of the $200 and $35 (this is consistent with the campground's written policy and this is fair) but only 50% of the $700 monthly site fee (this does not apply to the campground's written deposit policy).
I was never onsite, the full $700 should have been refunded. Rox-Anne's response to the fact

I have stayed there seasonally in the past. Recently I went back for a visit to check things out and to get my motorhome ready for the year. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of care and effort put in by April in the kitchen and Ernie on the grounds. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was outstanding. Lots of changes have taken place and it is definitely a safe comfortable and fun place to visit !

I have been here since August during the height of Covid-19 as well as an end of Summer drought and through it all Roxanne and Ernie have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was as normal as it could be. The place is great. The other Campers are great. I couldn't ask for a better experience...

Great place to camp. They put us on a hill site that was secluded and very spacious. Was able to fit a 12 sleeper and 6 sleeper tent as well as 2 canopies and even room for a hammock. I recommend bringing your own privacy tent and toilet as there is only one bathroom on site. Electric and water on sight and i was given a $25 wood voucher upon checking in! Never used it as it wasn't needed but it was a nice touch. Pond is not for swimming and fish is scarce due to the amount of turtles but there is a small pool.(FYI Bathroom is far from the pool). Playground is shut down because of Covid of course

Ghetto is the only word I can come up with to discribe this place. This is by no means a family camp ground. They offer nothing... it's more like an old trailer park owned by a slumlord. The tent sights have tents that are connected by tarps for the homeless. The bathrooms on the tent sights don't have showers they instead have storage for old broken toilets. PARTIAL rolls of toilet paper put in in the morning. I guess they're supposed to last the day...they have a dance/bingo hall that is open to the public. That's also where the showers are. So the showers are locked

If I could give less than one star rating I definitely would just on attitude our party got from a member of the staff.

We purchased a half bucket load of fire wood and heres where it went south...

1) Picture of bucket loader depicts larger bucket than that being used, bordering on false adverstising.

2) Granted it had rained but smaller load was soaked and when asked about it being wet...we got attitude from staff saying..and I quote," well it rained !!! "

3) when asked if they covered it his reply was, "it's only firewood."

Just left a foul taste in my mouth .

I've been coming here for years. Under new ownership it's greatly changed. The new owners don't care about the campers. It's all about money. Not nice people. They even sold me green firewood that I had a terrible time trying to burn. Other campers said "oh, don't buy the wood here" I've been coming here for 10 years but I won't be back. It's not just one bad visit. Since the new owners took over I've been here 4 times and every time I'm disappointed. I won't be back. So sad, I have memories here

This peaceful and pretty campground has new owners as of 6 weeks ago, and they are working hard to bring the place back to its former glory. Apparently it was THE place to be 40 years ago! I chose it from several on the Internet and was pleased with what I found. The owner heard we had a new camper we weren't that familiar with, and came to help us set up the sewer, water, and electric. He checked in on us several times. All the staff were very sweet. The pool has been refurbished and looks great. The pond and its bridges are charming, and my 11-year-old loved the tire climbing wall at the

If your idea of camping is to sit in a field with no shade surrounded by huge campers that are practically on top of each other you will love this campground. NH has many fantastic campgrounds, this is not one of them. We called for a reservation on our way home from Maine and wanted to visit family near by. When we called we explained we had a small pop up camper and only needed a site with electric and water. They said no problem. When we arrived The first sign of this campground being not of the quality that would normally stay at is an electronic gate where you need a key card to get in. At

These people were lucky to have gotten any service at all.
Check out the disgusting mildew ridden, dirty, showers . Hairs still in the " clean" baths.
The only place with cable is the infield, or full sun. Where you sit on top of camper next to you. They also are the only ones who get the grass cut. seasonal campers who support this place are the pits. When we came in we have a 35' camper and got put in a spot for a 12' camper.
Have drug dealers here, and lots of drunk sleazy people who are loud mouths.
kids wont have fun in pool as you can't bring anything to play

Dennis and I were anxious to try out our new Jayco popup camper and with the hot weather finally upon us.
We called dozens of campgrounds with none being open, as it was still the end of April and the camping season starts May 15th.

We called Circle 9 Ranch and they were OPEN!
They are open year round, with many people actually setting up camp as their permanent residence. Some even had campers with built-on additions!

They offer many sites for campers, RV's and tents.
Sites offer water, electric, and even some with satellite TV!
The grounds are nice, with 2 small ponds, a small store
