Dependable Property Management serves the property, condo and HOA management needs of Brevard County FL and the rest of Central and South FL. The owners and staff of Dependable Property Management, LLC have a combined property management and real estate management experience of over 25 years in Brevard County, Central and South Florida.
At Dependable Property Management, LLC, we believe that managers should focus on being educated and professional managers and not on promoting a company's peripheral service offerings. We have a large and pre-screened and well-established vendor database from which we can find qualified contractors to handle your every need.
Offer proven expertise: Experience is one of the defining qualities of a CPM. Nearly half of all CPM professionals have over 21 years of experience and more than 97 percent have worked in the industry for at least 10 years. Every CPM must display proficiency in the core areas of real estate management, meet minimum portfolio requirements and pass a rigorous certification exam.
We believe that a good property manager works at the discretion and direction of the Board of Directors. We do not make decisions for or on behalf of the Association.
We gather and provide information to the Board; we provide experience and expert consulting and professional property management opinions and guidance on various daily, ongoing, and even rare or special situations; and we will absolutely execute the Board's decisions - whether we are in full personal agreement with them, or not.

If you're looking for an honest and "dependable" company, DO NOT HIRE DEPENDABLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! They have been fired from SEVERAL condo associations for their lack of professionalism- that's putting it gently. They make it IMPOSSIBLE to make payments and are nightmares to communicate with! Do yourself a favor and hire someone with a good reputation that will care about your property and its tenants!!
