Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
They lied to me saying my part was covered and on order. Neither were true. Then the guy tells me to take my business elsewhere! What a poor excuse for professionalism!!

BEWARE! Tom is a wolf in sheep's clothing! Required $300 payment upfront for parts on a repair that was never completed. Wrong parts ordered. Wrong item repaired. After several weeks without a refrigerator, still not fixed. He walked away with promise of a refund that never happened. Left several unanswered messages. Unsure how he can sleep at night knowing he cheats people who put their trust in him. A true example of why there is little trust left in the world. Shameful!

My Frig when out at night I called Tom in the morning and he was there before the afternoon. Found and fixed my problem quickly and the cost was more than affordable. What a great guy, with great service. Definitely my go to guy for appliances. Can't thank him enough, got me out of a real bind.

Tom was fantastic. I called him regarding a broken dryer and he came out that same afternoon. Needed additional parts so he came back the very next day exactly when he said he would. It's hard to find that level of professionalism these days!!! A very fair price as well.

I am very pleased with Action Appliance Services. I called yesterday with not one but two appliance problems. A technician was able to come today (promptly with half an hour notice) to fix both issues. The timing was very appreciated because of the water leaks! The technician was not only polite but very knowledgeable. He knew the issues immediately and fixed quickly. Also, he answered all of my many questions in detail. I would sincerely recommend this service. I even called my mother to report how successful the visit was. I had both a fridge and washer serviced/repaired.
