Poor customer service. I took a self-propel mower in to have the blades removed with an impact wrench and sharpened, the gentlemen behind the counter wouldn't even look away from the computer to talk to me - told me it would several days turnaround time. I said no thanks and went to Goldman Equipment, just a few miles away - they asked me to pull around back immediately and had a guy remove the blades, replace them and I was on my way in 15 minutes - free of charge.
Bossier Power Equipment lost a customer and Goldman sure earned one.

I have been going to this place with all my commercial lawn equipment for 30 years. Theres only been a hand full times i mistakenly had question a work order. So i talk the owner and let him know what i dont understand. Along with my sarcasm. He always calmly listens, then proceeds to explain in detail the facts so that i understand. Where some places in the same type business would immediatly get defensive and loud and tell you to just dont come back. So i see the difference. They let me vent and then calmly and very nicely explain the issue. They have proven to be best in customer service and
