Services
Tubbs Hardware has had its roots in Bossier City since 1922. We are your hometown hardware store. There has been a hardware store on this spot for as long as anyone can remember, and it has always been owned and operated by local folks. Tubbs now has a location in Benton, a rural location 10 miles north of Bossier, which is our country hardware store.
Don Tubbs went to work for Holmes Hardware in Bossier when he was 12 years old and swept the very floors he would own when Mr. Holmes sold Don the store when he was 19. Don's dad died soon after he graduated from Bossier High School, and he said, Mr. Holmes was like a father to me. Later Don built a bigger store at 615 Benton Road and expanded to include lawn mowers, parts, services, outdoor cooking, rentals, and Cajun gifts.

Exceptional service, friendly staff, and was so efficient I don't think the whole process was 10 mins. Once I explained what my goal is for burn barrels (fake 🔥) for my post apocalyptic theme this year. Paid for in advance for extra cutting with anxiousness to get them to the house and let me work on aging them.

Tubbs Hardware is like stepping back to the ‘50s. Not only is the store impeccable, organized, and inviting, we were helped personally by Mr Tubbs, the owner. I watched him as he went about helping each customer, speaking in a respectful voice, making certain each had needs met. We can’t wait to visit Bossier again and visit this icon.

Kenneth, Edwin and the other staff members at Tubbs Hardware in Benton are absolutely top of the line. They sell top quality equipment and stand behind it. If something breaks or goes wrong, they will fix it or replace it promptly, and if it is under warranty, they won't look for excuses not to honor the warranty.
I have dealt with the big box stores and smaller hardware retailers all over northwest LA and northeast Texas and this outfit is absolutely the best around in my opinion. If you need a new piece of equipment or need excellent service on equipment you already own, this is the first place
