Although I go by Chris, I am also known as "The Muscle Whisperer" to my clients. I took myself from extreme pain, to high levels of performance in sports and life, PAIN FREE. I am best known for getting to the root causes of pain and dysfunction while designing evidence-based programs that keep the problems away.
What makes Chris so unique is his combination of skill sets; detailed and advanced evaluation of pain & function, bodywork, fitness and performance training, injury prevention training, nutrition coaching, personal experience as an elite athlete in two sports and holistic health coaching.

While most centers and clinics specialize in how to use drugs, exercise protocols, shots or surgery to treat painful dysfunctions, Chris' focus is using his hands and creating holistic programs for sub-acute and chronic populations that are ready to take health into their own hands and learn proven, self-treatment strategies that drastically reduce and often eliminate pain, forever - no joke.
Youth sports is where Chris started, and it is still where his greatest passion lies, especially with kids who are injured, in pain or highly driven to be their best. Chris is a natural at connecting with kids and getting them to be internally motivated while enjoying working hard on their goals and weakest links.
At Exercise Progression, function is defined as the body's ability to efficiently perform this workout we call life or sports, with a great variety of speed, strength and coordination. Efficiently is the key word, because it denotes that the muscles are working together as a team, and that a foundation of joint stability and mobility has been established, thus allowing safe speeds and forces to develop.
