Our program ensures the correction of your posture to relieve common issues caused by bad posture. Our service is based on the principles of ergonomics that ensure the designing of human processes according to physiological and psychological processes.
If you work from home or at a desk for longer than 2 hours per day, you need an ergonomic evaluation. The assessment will identify whether or not your muscles, joints, and nerves are working together properly. An evaluation is conducted by a Muscle & Joints Specialist that looks at how the body is affected by movement and posture in relation to what your long-term tasks are during the day.

Scott is just amazing, his knowledge of human muscular system is impeccable. I was suffering from back pain over 3 years and none of the countless physiotherapy, chiropractic and sports medicine sessions helped.
I immediately saw benefits after my first two sessions and exponentially improved in the next five sessions. Scott constantly tests if you are improving and schedules exercises on the app in sync with your progress.

This review is for Scott Lamb, the owner of Muscle Activation San Jose. More than 20 years ago I had a serious injury to both of my iliotibial bands (the lateral thigh muscles). Within several months I could barely walk. Despite seeing MANY physical therapists over the years, my pain never went away, and my right hip joint became increasingly immobile. I recently made an appointment with Scott in hopes to fix some very serious jaw pain I had been having. I found Scott through yelp, decided to give him a try. BEST DECISION I've made yet. I've been having a pain in my shoulder that just wouldn't go away. Scott was very informative! I work in the same facility as Scott and he offered me an introductory session to Muscle Activation Techniques. I suffered from JRA (Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis), which affected my mobility in my hips so we focused on that area during the session. Scott made me feel super comfortable and explained everything he was doing. He helped find a problem that no chiropractor has ever even told me about, and started to correct the issue. Two years ago I started experiencing hip pain that trailed down to my knee. I'm a runner and run 5 days a week. The pain came on gradually and I wasn't about to let it stop me from running. My daughter originally went to Scott to help with recovery from ten years of competitive gymnastics injuries. I really appreciated Scott's straightforwardness at the initial consultation regarding what he thought he could do to help me, as well as the potential limitations of MAT. I can confidently say that I trust him with all my pain needs! I'm very active, working out 4x a week and playing volleyball at least 3x a week as well and my body has always had issues. I hurt my low back 8 years ago and it's always been a constant struggle to be 100% whenever I'm playing or working out. After experiencing exercise related back pain for over a year, I decided to give muscle activation therapy a try. I came to Scott after experiencing issues as a result of a toe surgery that created imbalances and compromised movement. As someone who exercises regularly and is active, I was frustrated by how it was affecting my performance. I highly recommend Scott Lamb. I have been going to him for sometime now. My trainer recommended him as I had many problems with my lower back and hips. Scott really understands how the body moves and works and can get your pain reduced quickly. I was in pain for several months with an aggravated A/C joint in my right shoulder and I could feel improvements in my range of motion and reduction in pain after the first session. I have done a total of 3 sessions and my shoulder is near 100% back to normal. If you're in pain and are having difficulty moving I highly recommend seeing Scott. I've done Chiropractic, acupuncture, and other PT for years, but I'm really glad I went to Scott. Will continue to see him just to prevent future injuries

Whether it was a very specific martial arts movement I wanted to perfect or a more overall look I was trying to achieve, Scott's workout sessions proved to be very helpful.
