Kinder Haus is a WV Tier III, nationally accredited child care center. We are licensed by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) and provide care for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old - including WV Universal Pre-K. Kinder Haus was first accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) in 1996.
Since then, the State of WV has recognized us as a Tier III child care center signifying high quality child care and early education. Kinder Haus stands out among other programs in the Morgantown area by providing support and emphasis in aiding staff during their pursuit of higher education.

Services
Kinder Haus Child Care Center and Monongalia County Schools partner to offer alternative WV Universal Pre-K placements. The WV Universal Pre-K program at Kinder Haus offers two program options. Option A: Pre-K with Child Care. This option allows children to receive WV Universal Pre-K education while enrolled for child care services at a discounted rate.
Your child's developmental journey gets off to a strong start in the Kinder Haus infant program. Research tells us that the brain develops more in the first 3 years of life than at any other point in human development. The infant program is designed using the Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers.
Meals and snacks are age appropriate as well as being fun & nutritious. All meals are served in a family style setting where teachers and children all sit down to enjoy the meal. Our goal is to develop good eating habits as well as to reinforce good table manners, all in an enjoyable and consistent environment.

I am so glad I found Kinder Haus for my children. My previous experience with child care for my twins was not pleasant. Kinder Haus staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. At drop off time, my 2-year-old twin girls run into the arms of the staff. I no longer worry when I leave them for the day. Thank you Kinder Haus!

My toddler loves Kinder Haus. He is never upset he has to go and his teachers are very invovled. The classrooms are a good size, and my son has made many friends. He has learned things unimaginable for his age and is further ahead than I expected him to be. The children get plenty of outside time and there are always crafts to be brought home. Kinder Haus was a great decision!
