My experience with Medical Associates has been very pleasant. I spoke with Maneesha and she was very helpful. She is obviously very knowledgeable about the billing procedures because without hesitation, she answered the many questions that I had and everything was quickly resolved. It's nice to know that Medical Associates hires competent employees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for many other doctor's offices that I have dealt with in the past.

When it comes to billing. Most of us don't want to deal with it.
I have to say when ever I call Internal Medicine Associates billing the staff whoever I spoke to whether it is Alicia Monisha and Nicole They'll always very helpful. They listen and always try to help you solve any billing questions or issues and I always end up satisfied with the results.
It's nice to know there are some good employees that know how to resolve day to day issues that come up.
