Services
All our MD365 locations offer a broad variety of rapid point of care laboratory tests to assist our providers in their diagnosis facilitating early treatment of your condition. We also perform a broad range of other routine laboratory services at our central laboratory, that helps us to promptly care for your health and wellbeing.
During allergy skin tests, your skin is exposed to suspected allergy-causing substances (allergens) and is then observed for signs of an allergic reaction. The most common side effect of skin testing is slightly swollen, red, itchy bumps (wheals) that may remain for a few minutes up to a couple of days.
For our patients with certain chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, congestive heart failure, etc, we at MD365 go the extra mile to closely monitor and manage their condition. We will have a care manager assigned to you who will regularly check on you to make sure you are doing well. In addition, you can reach your care manager any day via email or a dedicated phone line.
Adults and children 5 years and older can video chat with a doctor while at home, work, or on the go. This service is for patients needing routine care as well as for minor medical conditions, and not for emergencies. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency care location. With virtual video visits doctors can treat a variety of minor complaints as well as routine checkups.

I was told I would receive my COVID test results via email. I have gone through the drive through at RIte Aid and received my PCR test results in two days. I went last week and I'm still waiting. I am still sick and was not offered any medication because the person who walked in the room claiming to be a doctor said I didn't look like I was sick. They performed no tests besides a COVID test even though I asked the doctor for a strep test and other testing because I have been sick for over a week. He was dismissive and not thorough. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere they listen

I was at this location recently with my sister to be tested for COVID. We were immediately greeted by staff member Michelle I. She was very professional, courteous and very happy. My sister and I were brought back to an examine room. The nurse who took the rapid and PCR test for my sister was very polite and very thorough. Austin, the PA who examined my sister explained everything in detail as what to expect over the coming days. My sister had the results within 2 days. Michelle called my sister to let her know. Michelle was very compassionate and caring. She ended the call by saying to my sister

After being a long time patient of Dr. Joseph I’ve come to find out that she has shared my private family history with the other people who work at md365. Dr. Joseph has been my primary for nearly 9 years, I’ve confided a family history of cancer, heart disease and addiction, she’s cared for my children and my brother who I have custody of, and helped guide me through the pandemic. You can imagine the humiliation I felt to find out that she’s told her coworkers that I have an addiction. I will never be able to show my face with my children at that office again. I was a patient there ...was....my primary dr was dr Joseph ( last name ) ....uncaring and very unprofessional.....I've been diagnosed with something and I'm not able to cope ....I went in there to ask a receptionist if dr Joseph was available....I was crying ....dr Joseph walked out rolled her eyes and walked away ......another time ( last week ) my boyfriend went in there with me asking if we could get an anti depression med for me to help cope with my issue ....she wasn't there but we saw an np who said he would get in touch with her ....we were told the prescription was filled

They are always polite and professional. The reviews on here complaining about covid test waits are ridiculous. As an RN I know how in demand these tests are and as such, the wait time is going to be long. They have a curbside option for all you whiners. You don't have to wait for a PCP. Great staff doing the best they can in a pandemic that's overwhelmed the healthcare system.

Unbelievable is the word that best describes this Facility and the Staff within. I girls that are supposed to handle the answering & directing of the Patients calls & inquiries are sorely lacking. Firstly, more often than not no-one will answer when you call, you will be forced to leave a message on a designated mail box for which you will never receive a return call. If by chance you are lucky enough to have someone pick up the phone you will be addressed in an all to often unfriendly & arrogant manner. For starters there is tons of parking, when you walk in...it's very clean. There's ample space to sit,. The people working at the front desk are attentive and polite. Dr. Joseph is a careing, thoughtful physician. Did I mention there's tons of parking! I do one trick before I visit the doctor... I make a list of what I want to discuss with the doctor. No more driving out of the parking lot saying "#$@x%*" I forgot to tell the doctor...did I mention there's tons of parking! Go there it's worth the trip. And as an added bonus it's also an urgent care center...did I mention...oh never mind you got
