I took my iPhone for cracked screen for what I thought would have been a quick fix instead walked into a three week nightmare. First when they say oem. It's not oem so save your money. I requested oem screen and in the process they damaged my phone internally. I gave them 3 tries to fix my phone. I couldn't make phone calls. My speakers wouldn't work. The touch screen was way off rendering my iPhone useless. I took it to Apple and they said the damage done was unrepairable and with out insurance it would cost me 350 for a replacement. I took the bill and report back to the owner

Good experience with these guys. Dropped my iPad on the floor and screen shattered. Their prices was good compared to other places.
Took it here and they were able to put a new digitizer on it within a day. Unfortunately, few days after I picked it up from them, the home button on my iPad was stuck inside the hole - wouldn't budge.
I called them and they fixed it under warranty, no problem. Things were working fine for a while, until the right bottom half of my iPad screen became non responsive to my touch. Again, I called them and they were able to put in a brand new digitizer under

Dropped my phone and saw that the screen didn't crack but now I had a weird bright white light going straight down the phone (iPhone X). I was in denial, I thought I could hit it on that same corner and it'll disappear . Yeah no that didn't work, pissed off and aggravated now because I never drop or damage my phone. I looked on Craigslist and offer up but those ads look shady. Went on yelp and looked over their reviews, I was sold! Called and asked if they could fix it same day and said "of course". I have came here twice to fix two separate issues on my iPad Air 2 and they were very great! The price for both issues were very reasonable. It took a day to fix my screen issue but that was only because they had to order a part for me and it took them a hour to fix my home button issue. Great customer service!

Daughter dropped my phone. Cracked the screen and immediately starting getting little glass splinters as I was using it. I had a really inexpensive tablet that I use during my train commute for reading books. One morning, it slipped from the case I was holding and fell right onto the cement. Cracked the screen enough so that I would be very irritated trying to read during my long daily commute.

This place is the best. I can't believe they were open on Labor Day. They were able to fix my boyfriend's phone in less than an hour and it looks perfect. They were super nice and even gave him a discount since the repair didn't cost enough to use the yelp discount. It's like "Sorry we have good prices and you can't use the yelp discount. We will give you a different discount on the already affordable price just to make it up to you." and we were like "Ummm... Yes please and thank you. "

I stopped in first thing Friday morning when they opened and Anthony (the manager) was already busy helping another customer, but made sure to let me know that he would be with me right away. He was very attentive, explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. There's plenty of space to work (it's a workshare space), high-speed internet and even a coffee/tea bar!

I came in to get my screen fixed due to it falling on concrete! I have to say Antoinette was great and was able to assist me immediately. I would highly recommend you get your phone fixed here. She also informed they fix computers and iPads. I will be returning(hopefully not! LOL)
