I went in on a Saturday night around 10 minutes before they closed. The nice young man was so accommodating, helpful and kind. I was honestly expecting doors to be locked and told to come back tomorrow. This man needs a raise for this exceptional service! I would highly recommend and we only had a small cell phone screen replacement job. Good local business to support 👍🏽

My daughter's screen on her iPhone cracked and it left small cuts on her fingers when she tried using the phone. She utilizes her phone daily for all of her online school meetings, and this definitely became an emergency.
I have used Dr. Smart Phones' service before and I liked their economical prices as a win for my budget. Today, I was impressed at how careful they were to keep to even higher hygiene standards due to Covid-19.

Awesome service and very good price!! My phone hasn't looked this good since I bought it David repaired my screen and display and checked out my charging port, also tightened the vibration motor. Did all that in about 30 min. Super friendly and helpful! Definitely highly recommend! Will come back if I ever have any device issues from now on. 5 stars!

My friend cracked her iPhone, and we took it to Dr. Smart Phones (also shows up as "iPhone repair" on Google maps - it's the one on Irvine Boulevard near the Northwood Pizza.
They did an absolutely fantastic job. Short paperwork, cheap fix price (for an iPhone 5C), perfect replacement and most amazing to me, they did it in half an hour, when I'm used to considering myself lucky if I get it same-day.
Would definitely come to these guys again.

I called CELL PHONE REPAIR IRVINE and was directed to this location. it is conveniently located behind ZION market. Inside i was greeted and helped within minutes by DAVE. His customer service was above my expectations and answered all my questions over the phone as well. I would highly recommend taking your phone to DAVE since he is excellent at his job! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! They use the worst quality of phone screens. Our screen cracked same day after the installation, and shortly after the Home button stopped working. Owner of Dr. Smart Phones Irvine refused to apply their 90-days warranty and repair button because the screen has cracked. The screen has cracked because she used terrible quality! She apparently "forgot" to mention that there are different types of screens, and installed the cheapest one! Dishonest!

Went here for rear camera problem on iPhone 7 plus. They had a different quote when checked on Yelp but they met us in middle (after saying that the quote they gave us on Yelp was only for front camera and increasing the price of overall quote for rear camera) when we visited the store. Happy that they could fix the issue by putting a new rear camera. The camera parts also has warranty. The guys are real good and are really helpful. Will recommend this guys to my friends.

Thanks to Dave for fixing my phone. I came in after the shop was closed, and he stayed late to fix my phone. We had great conversation, and you can really tell he knows what he was doing. I went to another shop before this one, and they couldn't fix my phone. But when I told Dave what happened, he was able to fix it within 20-30 minutes.

I love this place Monse helped me with my Galaxy S8 charging port and she was very friendly and informative about other questions that i asked her about my cracked screen i was originally quoted for $800 for it from other place and she told me its nonsense and they only charge $280 for it. Great place to save money and very knowledgable as well
