There has never been a better time to invest in a renewable energy system. Advances in technology are bringing more efficient and lower cost solar panels to market than ever before. Coupled with the 30% Investment Tax Credit available from the federal government for purchasing a solar system, returns on investment are at all-time highs and payback periods at all-time lows.
The federal tax incentive is only available for a limited time. The ITC (Investment Tax Credit) is currently equal to 30% of the purchase price for a solar system. However, this amount will decrease annually and will then expire altogether. Anyone interested in solar power must act quickly to take advantage of this tremendous financial benefit.
Tenants of commercial and multifamily residential units often pay a half dozen utility bills each month on top of their rent payment. With Solar Pro, property owners now have the power to take their tenants' electric bills off the table, while collecting the payment they used to send to the energy company.

We had an excellent experience with our roof installation from Solar Pro. In our first meeting with Steve, he arrived with comprehensive information, including recommendations for our particular roof. (A meeting with another larger company was not nearly so prompt or thorough.) Steve also personally checked the condition of our roof prior to installation. Once we signed the paperwork, Steve's team (including the electrician) did the job shortly thereafter, all in one day. All permits and paperwork were submitted very quickly - we were actively producing with PG&E even earlier than we expected.

Solar Pro Energy Systems were a pleasure to work with for the project at hand. The interaction with Steve and his employees were easy and completed with absolute faith that there weren't any issues that wouldn't and couldn't be addressed properly. I've been looking into solar for a couple of years now, and went through many avenues to find my installer. EnergySage, Yelp, friends, etc... Solar Pro had some really good reviews from folks on NextDoor, so I reached out. From the first call, to the initial on-site visit, all the way through from start to finish, Steve was amazing. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had.. whether that be via phone, text, or email. Look no further if you want a reputable local company to install your solar. We went back and forth on whether or not to do solar during our recent home renovation and finally decided to go for it! Steve (the owner) and Solar Pro were beyond amazing to work with. The entire team is friendly, professional and timely! They even went out of their way to work with our contractors to move a few pipes on our roof so that the placement of the solar panels looked perfect! I couldn't recommend this company more!
