Franklin Animal Clinic first opened it's doors in the early 1970s. Thankfully, due to continued support from the community and a wonderful staff, we have been able to continuously grow and expand. We are currently in our third building that is fully equipped to support our clients and their pets in wellness care along with sick and critical care.

It is our goal at Franklin Animal Clinic to provide the very best veterinary care to your pets as our patients. Our doctors and hospital staff strive to continue their education to bring you the highest quality care available. We also want you and your pets to feel comfortable while in our office. Our philosophy is to care for all pets as if they were ours.
Dr. Robin Wagner joined the Franklin Animal Clinic at Greenwood Park team in December of 2017. She graduated from the University of Georgia and holds a special interest for internal medicine and dermatology. Being a part of Greenwood Park for Dr. Wagner is an enjoyable experience as she describes it as "cordial, relaxed and a family atmosphere".
We truly believe in providing the highest quality veterinary care for your pets. We are excited to be able to offer all of the services we can. We have a wonderful and caring staff who will help you and your pets every step of the way. It is our goal at Franklin Animal Clinic to ensure your pets have healthy lives.
In addition to our routine scheduled appointments, we offer a limited number of urgent care appointments to our clients 7 days a week. Please call (317) 736-9246 for availability during our normal business hours. If you feel that your pet is experiencing a medical emergency outside of our normal business hours, Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Care on the southside of Indianapolis is the nearest 24-hour, walk-in based emergency clinic to us.
At the young age of 14 Dr. Andrew Mills joined the Franklin Animal Clinic family as a kennel assistant. In 2002, his career as a veterinarian began after graduating from Ross University and in 2006 he became partner. From the beginning, Dr. Mills has held a passion for the complicated cases and orthopedic surgeries.

2021 update: As always! FAC offers great service with responsive Dr's. My dog was attacked during our walk and we were able to get in for an urgent care appointment the next morning. The Dr's were helpful in not only addressing his medical needs but also making sure that I had some resources in case he needed some specialized training for reactivity that could stem from the attack. They also were very compassionate about his pandemic fueled separation anxiety weight gain and offered me solutions that would help him but also keep him happy when I had to leave him alone.

Just recently had my 19 yr old down. I had only been using them for the past year. They couldn't have made this decision easier for me. Assured me I was doing the right thing. They care like no one else in this field. Aside from being there for us in what seemed like an impossible thing to do, it was reasonably priced as well. Thanks so much again. You guys are they best!

We bring both of our dogs to this Clinic. They are always treated well and everyone is very professional. One of my dogs is much older and the veterinarians are very good at telling me what to look out for as my dog ages and also relaying some of their personal experience. A better understanding of what my little pup is going through as he gets older helps both of us deal with it.

We appreciate the friendliness, professionalism, and kindness of the veterinarians and staff at the Franklin Animal Clinic. Our Lilly will take treats from the staff; however, she does not take treats from others she does not know. She seems to trust the staff and also seems comfortable there. We feel their prices are fair and we appreciate the reminders that help us keep Lilly up to date on her checkups vaccinations. We were recommended to this animal clinic by our daughter-in-law over 8 years ago and we have been very happy going there since that time. We also highly recommend Franklin Animal

All of the docs and staff at Franklin Animal Clinic have been wonderful. They have the waiting room set up in a way to allow for pets to come in without having to meet any others in case you are worried about that. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very personable - answering all my countless questions. All 6 of my animals go here for their routine checkups as well as any emergencies (during normal hours) and our experiences have always been wonderful!
