We had our bi-annual inspection and I told him our motor was making a whining sound. Come to find out the inducer motor was bad. It would have been replaced free of charge since we were on the service plan. Normally they would have had to order one. But one quick call to the office and the gentleman was back at the house installing it 30 minutes later! Love this company! They have great service and always take care of their customers!

We had maintenance scheduled for the afternoon and Nicole (sp) called to offer an earlier service time due to a cancellation, she was extremely pleasant and professional. Dwight was the HVAC service provider who came out. He said he would be here in 10 minutes, and he was. Dwight was very customer oriented, professional, and very informative. I had asked about remote options for thermostat control, and again he was very informative and left detailed information and his card for my husband to call him with any questions since my husband was working.
