When starting a new residential cleaning account we are often asked why we charge more for the "Initial" cleaning. The Initial cleaning of a new residential cleaning account is more like a deep clean and needs extra time to remove extra soil and build-up. Our staff may spend anywhere from 4 to 8 times longer to clean a first-time residential account than one of our existing client's homes.

When I was looking for a reasonable home cleaning service, a friend recommended that I contact Justyna at the Polish Maids. At first, her rates were reasonable and the cleaning job was adequate. When the company started expanding, the cleaning jobs became more rushed and the prices increased. Next I knew, she had hired additional staff and had sent them to clean my house one day (without telling me- although their website prides that the same people will come every time) and they did not show up for the job. I gave her a second try, and the same thing happened- no show- and no offer to make
