You're going to love our Team Leaders. We pay them better than any other maid service in Denver, and we retain the best maids in Denver. We pay our maids better than our competitors, and our margins are tight. For every $100 you pay us, we pay an average of $67 in actual wages (which is almost 2x the % the franchises pay their employees).
We are not the most affordable maid service in Denver. If price is your primary concern, then obviously you have not yet had the opportunity to try enough affordable maid service companies, or individuals. All move-out and move-in cleaning assignments are charged on an hourly basis at $62 per person, per hour. How long will it take? That depends on the condition.

On 11/21, Jovita and Paula came. We had family visiting for a long time and Jovita and Paula did a lot of extra cleaning to help with the family staying who has a young child. As always, the Metro Maids team was excellent, thorough, very nice and we like having them here.

Sylvia and Jackie were awesome! This was the first professional clean we’ve had since COVID and what a difference it makes. While we managed to keep up with surface cleaning, they went deep and found all sorts of mess we’d overlooked. They were thorough, thoughtful, kind, and professional. So appreciate their work!
