Dr. Melamed is one of the best. He has many times gone beyond what is expected of is position at Immunoe for my wall fare. Event at this expense of time, energy, and money. He cares about the patient's all around well being. The staff are also the best. They communicate to the patients a care that goes beyond the physical to the core of our feelings and spiritual nature.

They don't answer there phones. It takes almost 30 minutes to get a live person. This is a reoccurring issue. Some of the doctors are great. I had only one issue with a doctor when he switched my sons file with another patients and almost gave him a shot. This could have been a very bad situation had we not questioned why he was receiving a shot. The doctor was a male doctor and a bit older.

After years of coming here.
They have gone down greatly!
Trying to get an appointment is near impossible.
10 minute wait time to get transferred to a voicemail then when you leave one, no one calls back... ever.
Then, you get hung up on.
They blame it on low staff, which could be the case, but when we arrive they aren't frantic to help anyone.
They sit doing who knows what, and speaking amongst themselves about random things without urgency.
Me personally seeing this and hearing this.
What is this? Even McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King has better customer service.

If I could give this place negative 1 million star review that is what it would be. Some of the doctors here might be ok but I do not trust any of these people. My oldest daughter is 30 and my youngest is 11. We have been patients here for 30 yrs. It use to be an awesome practice but in the last 5 years the care here has rapidly declined. And it is mostly due to the staff. They have no customer service skills nor do they have any empathy toward their patients.It is obvious they are only there for a paycheck and that is NOT how a medical practice should be perceived. It is impossible to get meds

You can hear the staff gossiping while sitting in the patient rooms. The bathrooms are filthy as well. Oh and by the way, there is not a single person of color listed on their staff website, I never noticed until now. It’s just an odd situation all around. There

Ive never been treated so poorly! They receptionist NEVER answer the phones. Ive been trying to call been on hold for 25 min. This place is absolutely horrible. And horrible bed side manor! I will be looking for a new PCP after this. This place is a joke with taking care of patients. They could care less about hospitality.

BEWARE. Between their high staff turnover, horrible communication with their clientele, and the dozens of empty promises from their receptionists, I highly encourage looking elsewhere for a PCP. Personally, I have had a total of 3 PA's quit, all of whom I genuinely liked. Additionally, I have been on a RX for 3 years now, which was recommended and prescribed by Dr. Mark Flannigan. I've repeatedly had issues with them not automatically refilling my prescriptions, which causes additional stress and anxiety. Today, I called a total of 9 times after running out of my prescription, left 3 voicemails

EDIT; they reached out to me and apologized and said they are going to have a meeting to talk over precautions. Got scheduled in for an appointment. Under new management as of recent and are working to make it nicer and professional. Overall Appreciative that my concerns and issues were addressed.

Edit 10/29/21: we still haven’t received callbacks about appointments, health questions, or from the company representative/management who responded within 20 minutes of my initial review.
We were so excited to find this practice for our whole family. The integration with the allergists and urgent care was very attractive for us. However, since we started care in July, our experience has progressively gotten worse.
The medical assistants gave me conflicting advice from the doctor about dosing my newborn with ibuprofen and then again about dosing with Tylenol.

They've pretty much gone down hill. The only reason I had stayed with them is because Emily was amazing. Now she's left and there's nothing left to go back to. They've lost a lot of the great staff they had in the Thornton office on both peds and primary. I feel like once they merged with the docs from the Huron location, everything went south. It's even hard to get in now and the phone system doesn't work. I spend great amounts of time on hold only to be hung up on. Fortunately, allergy seems to be holding steady but that's about it.

Recently my children’s pediatrician retired from this office. I had scheduled well visits for each child with the new pediatrician well over a month in advance. Due to school schedules we had contacted the office to reschedule the date for ONE of the TWO appointments booked. The gentleman who assisted us was very accommodating & a true professional; he efficiently rescheduled my son’s appointment and also reconfirmed my daughter’s appointment which remained unchanged. Horrible horrible horrible is all I have to say. 9 years of trying to be patient with them, as they know my daughters medical history, but no more. The entire office doesnt know how to communicate and some of those doctors dont even listen to problems. I will definitely be finding a new doctors office for myself and my kids.

Docs are nice, front office staff is awful. I've have an issue with them for every apt. Hate to change doctors over how the front office conducts business but I can't deal with them anymore-it's always something. And they are super rude and disorganized. Bout to send my daughters vaccine records over for the 4th time.

Love the doctors here but the front desk employees are rude and incompetent. I had a 2pm appt and showed up at 1:40pm to do the check in on the tablet but they were having a staff meeting and the office was closed til 2. So I killed some time at the 3 margs next door. When I returned at 2, the front desk lady rudely told me I should have shown up earlier to complete the check in process (which took 3 mins being as this was a follow up and my son's insurance had not changed in 2 weeks). I told her I did but they were having a meeting and didn't open til 2. Instead of apologizing for her

My twins have been going here for over 4 years. They are teens now and love it here! Dr. Becca and Dr. Ackerman are fantastic! So much has changed for the better over the years especially with in the last 6- 12 months! Renovations plus better check in and check out. Never wait more than 15 minutes tops!

I have been taking my kids, and now two older teens, to see Dr. Becka for years. We don't live close, but I still drive to this office, only because of her. She has helped steer us in the right direction, for different issues, for many years.
The office is not great, but not horrible. The wait time is long. In all, it's a fine office, but now that my kids are older, I will probably move them on soon.
I have had no billing issues, and they are on top of the referrals my kids have needed.

We have been coming here for 3 years now because it is in network and we ended up finding a doctor here we liked. However, the office has ALWAYS left a lot to be desired and our last visit was enough for us to never return. I had to call 3 times over the course of a few weeks to get various appointments for my kids and was on hold over 20 minutes every time just to wait to speak with the receptionist. When we finally did get an appointment scheduled and drove all the way up there we were told we would have to come back the following week because the equipment they needed to check my daughters eyes

My favorite part is after I wrote this review I was sick and called to make an appointment (it was still my primary care) 2 minutes after I called it got a call back from an office manager asking if I still wanted my appointment after the very negative review I left.....ummmmm you ever hear of HIPPA? So a doctors office scrolls yelp and hunts down patients who complain?

I do not like this place. I generally take my daughters to see Meggan Macias at the Green Valley Ranch (she is so sweet), but in emergencies I go to this branch because it is only 5 min away from our house.
I have never had a totally positive experience at this place on those 7 times I have gone there. Staff is extremely rude and slow. They do nothing to be helpful and definitely don't care about the patients. When you get there you already feel the negative vibe and mood coming from the front desk.

I know there are some other people with bad experiences but I haven't had a problem with the place. I have seen some long lines of people--during the colder months. Still they've gotten to to me fairly quickly. I haven't had any negative problems with my bills or scheduling an appointment- in fact I think it's been just the opposite. They seem to go out of their way to schedule me as soon as possible.

Forget scheduling with any sort of efficiency. When calling for a medication refill appointment I was transferred in circles each of the 11 times I called over the course of 1 week. Each time I left voicemail. Of the 11 times I called, I received two calls back, both I missed while at work. On the 12th time I called I reached someone who told me it would be 3 weeks before they could get me in. After putting my foot down I was given an appointment the next business day.

Also as an heads up. I tried to get my sons records from here and the staff told me no! First off that is against the law. Second, I have worked in Dr's offices and know my rights. When your nurse said she threw away my sons physical form for his dentist, I claimed that was a HIPPA violation. They were very quick to retract some statements. Also I had to wait for the clinic manager?!? Um no I don't I should of had my sons files the day I requested it.

Emily Wilson is amazing!!! Great listener, patient, and made me feel so comfortable.
The billing in the office is another story. If you're self pay make sure you ask how much your visit will be and get names. I was quoted $112 for a new patient consult for my medications and was told upon checkout it would be $270!!! Hope they get this cleared immediately.
