I was excited to use this firm based on the information I was given on my initial consultation with Maurice (lawyer). Everything was going great until I started to review my credit report. Things that were supposed to be removed had not been, and I was getting bills for things that should have been included in the bankruptcy. I called and spoke to Jerry (paralegal) on multiple occasions and she had indicated each time that I just needed to email her the document I received, obtain the fax number and she would take care of the rest. I just finished up my Chapter 13 with Graham & Associates. They were there for me the entire process. I had to file a Chapter 13 in order to save my house. I was out of work due to health reasons which in return I got behind on my mortgage. Today I am debt free and my mortgage is all caught up and I’m back to work. Great company.

I highly recommend this law firm. They stopped my wage garnishment before it even hit my actual paycheck. I got a notice from my employer that a medical bill that I couldn’t afford was going to garnish my wages, I called Graham & Associates and they got it all stopped before any money was taken from my paycheck.
