Mr. Lobo was born in Mumbai (Bombay) India, to parents whose professions took them and him to several oil producing countries in the Persian Gulf and the Middle East. This valuable childhood experience of learning all the different languages and customs has served as a base for his respect, understanding and handling of people regardless of their race or religion.
