Robert Van Herk grew up in Southern California as a son of a contractor. Starting young, he was a novice learner of the building trade. Robert Van Herk Construction was first licensed in 1992 and was later incorporated in 1998. He started his career building apartment complexes and single family dwellings.
Later he would remodel or refurbish Motel 6's throughout California and Arizona in the 1990's. Since then, he builds custom homes and room additions. From kitchens to bathrooms, no job is too big or small. What sets Robert Van Herk apart from other contractors is the hands-on approach he takes towards all of his jobs.
