Terrible service!!!! Every time we call to place an order it take 20 minutes to repeat the order, your put on hold. The one gentleman ( I'm being sarcastic) is very rude doesn't know how to take orders and more than 50% of the time it take 60 to 90 minutes to deliver, the orders are wrong and cold! Have spoken to Manager and she was very rude too. Not going to be using them anytime soon! The only thing they have going for that place is Kaitlyn. When she's in Orders are correct and taken in a timely manner and she is professional and courteous! And no matter how terrible the service

Over charging for credit cards without notice. RIP OFF ALERT they are adding a hidden charge for credit cards. When I went to pick up my pies they added almost a dollar to the bill, when I asked why the charge was to high they informed me they add a charge for credit cards. I asked were is the notification off this charge, they said they don't know. No where is it stated! In store notice, coupons or online! I can understand the charge back but hate hidden charges and the lack of notification. Customer lost!

Disgusting food! And terrible costumer service, I asked for a manger and they gave me a fake name. Weird and unfortunate to a family business.

I placed a phone order for pickup and first hen my daughter got there to pick up they said that I just called it in and it was half hour before that. She had to wait at least another half hour for the order. We received the order when she got home and was missing two slices of pizza. I called to ask them for a credit for the missing food and this is where it gets crazy, I literally had to call them back 17 times to speak to someone. They either hung up or just left the phone on the counter, where I could hear everything that was going on. On the 18 try, they told me that they would return

Got chicken penne. Tasty fishy like it was cooked in a pan that previously held fish. Penne overcooked. Also ordered eggplant parmesan with rigatoni. Pasta also mushy and eggplant very breaddy. Meat lovers pizza was good.

I had a very good experience with this pizza shop. A host that I believe is named Kenny was extremely helpful and informed of the menu. Kenny provided excellent customer service and made sure that the pizza shop delivered to my address and that I received my delivery once I had placed the order. If you do visit this restaurant please request Kenny of you want the best service. To management, I truly feel that Kenny is an asset to your business. I ordered a bunch of food tonight and it was all horrible. The cheese calzone was watery. My chicken parmigiana was so tough I could not even cut through the chicken. All of the tomato sauce was very sweet, and was thin like water, it also tasted horrible. The garlic knots looked great but had no garlic flavor or any flavor at all! The pizza was the only thing sort of edible. We also ordered fried ravioli which were greasy, burnt and had no flavor. Everything was Terrible! I spent a lot of money for nothing!

I don't know how you mess up something as simple as rice balls. But they really managed. Sent me one rice ball, cut in half, and it had pees in it. Ruined my lunch, my day, and I will never order from here ever, ever again.

The pizza tastes good. I have been coming to Sals now known as Toscos for years and ever since Sal retired it's gone down hill. The pizza today didnt have enough cheese and not all the way melted. Hopefully they turn it around soon. Staff is always friendly and establishment is clean.

Nice standard pizza, decent selection. The crust is a little bland (even by cheap pizza standards), but the people in there are generally chill and easy to chat with while you wait form your order.

They are lucky I HAD to give them one star, The said it would be delivered in one hour and it took Over TWO!! And the delivery driver did NOT have a face mask on! State mandate states Everyone Has to have a mask on much less young people delivering food the middle aged and elderly spreading this crap! And the pizza was over cooked and cold. NEVER AGAIN......

Food took 2 hours to be done, then restaurant had an issue with the grub hub driver so Grubhub cancelled my order and I had to pick up the food myself. When I got there to pick it up it was cold, there only response was the give me 50% off my cold order of pizza wings mozzarella sticks and a wrap. $47 worth of food to deal with all that nonsense! Not worth it go somewhere else spend your money elsewhere.

Tosco's Pizzeria is an amazing Italian spot. I am a huge fan of pasta, and I loved their pasta here. It was delicious and a good price.

If u wanna wait 1 12-2 hours food food that sucks by then cuz it sat so long.have fun, food CAN BE great if it's not waiting almost two hours on a Wednesday afternoon to get to you

This place is not good. The restaurant had a ton of flies and we did not enjoy our food. Paninis were soaked with dressing (who puts dressing in a panini??) and as a result the bread was extremely heavy and mushy. It tasted like raw dough. The meatballs in the meatball parm hero had no flavor. The servers were friendly but extremely busy with take out orders so service was slow despite there only being 2 tables for dinner. I wouldn't return. I hope they can take care of their insect problem.

The sauce is good but I couldn't get past the vast amount of bugs flying around. It wasn't only flies... it was other winged critters... mosquitos (long legged ones), gnats.The place is a dirty mess. The garlic shakers are caked and nothing flows. The server took a plate off the table and instead of walking it to the back left it by the garbage can. The tables are a mess. It seems the Lucy rush was busy and no one has cleaned the tables. It's 2:27pm. They are not busy. We are the only customers here now. Lots of playing around amongst the staff and no care is given the place. It

First, don't put people on 'hold' by just dropping the phone on the counter, then ignore it for 10 minutes while you chat with each other and other customers.

Second, when you're called to ask the status of an order, don't blatantly lie that it is 'on the way' when you're clearly just getting around to making the order.

Third, the word 'sorry' is insufficient when an order takes two hours.

Fourth, when someone asks for a manager, the answer shouldn't be 'there isn't one'

I'm not a food snob nor am I difficult to please. However, as a former frequent customer, this place is absolutely horrible.

My friends and I made fun of Tosco's every time we ordered (2 hour delivery times, food cold and tastes like cardboard, routine incorrect orders). This was the norm every time we ordered. We finally found another Italian restaurant that delivers at lunchtime and are delighted to be rid of Tosco's.

We ordered "Jalapeno Poppers" as side and "crazy chicken" pizza.
Who ever owns this place cares so much about the clients, the pizza was amazing and they deliveried in 30 minutes.
I choose Tosco's pizza over any pizzeria.
