If you are buying or selling a home, I recommend Barry Wolfert and Lisa Wrenn. I accepted a new position involving a relocation. I needed to sell my home fairly quickly. I called Barry. Barry was amazingly responsive. I needed a couple of repairs to be completed prior to selling, for which Barry provided solid skilled labor recommendations for the repairs. The complications of moving from California to beautiful green Georgia are multiplied by age(ours), COVID, availability, and quick turn around need. By working with Lisa Wren on line (for actually years) before we finally decided to really do it, she had set up several possibilities. In two days, we found the right area and because of timing, we were in our new home so quickly with her excellent help and knowledge that we beat out goods arrival from California by two months! Excellent in every way and a friend forever!
