We had our home for sale by owner while we were getting some things in order to really list our home, hoping that in the off chance someone wanted to buy it, we could save on real estate fees. Well, we had people come through our home and we had two offers, both below our asking price. We ended up getting everything in order to put our home on the market and asked Sara and Claire to help us. We followed their guidance and they listed our home. Within a few hours of initial contact, Will had us out touring a number of homes and gave us all the necessary background information needed to make an informed decision on location and type of house.
