1. They run flawlessly- Solid-state fan-less devices.
2. Commercial grade 24/7 performance.
3. UHD for amazing graphics.
4. Ultra-thin to fit in kiosks, or behind the Display(TV).
5. AC Power Auto Recovery.

Hardware/software unreliable. Warranty for UK is handled in Netherlands. Waited months for repairs each time. Communication from staff was terrible. I really do not recommend and no longer sell their products due to bad past experience.

Amazing technology out on the floor. I stopped by to see what AOPEN was working on for Retail scenarios and they have a full mock-grocery store there with digital price tag labels- incredible stuff.

This lab is for people gathering and learning retail technology around in-store customer. It's easy to reserve a time slot for lab tour. The guide was friendly and professional. The lab design was so real like a store. We got great retail experience while stepping into the place. Amazing learning journey!

Very nice place that's full of technology and fun toys. I was in the Bay Area and decided to check it out because I was looking for a digital menu option for my donut shop. The staff there was very helpful and gave me a full demo of their product. They get 5 stars for their customer service!

I needed a place to host a training and was able to rent this space for free! I booked the venue and they were so helpful. They set up chairs and tables and all I had to do was clean up, but they even helped me with that!

Pros:
-large enough space for 30-40 people
-don't need to bring your own projector, screen, or whiteboard. They have a digital whiteboard!
-they have some computers and technology that are also available
-it was free!

Cons:
-could use a few more chairs

I would definitely use this venue again when I plan my next training and recommend it to anyone who is looking to host

I was here for the grand opening back in May. Just like what DW W said, I have also known of aopen for years and was surprised to see that they make touch tablets and signage now.

I would give their product 5 stars because I still have my 9 year old AOPEN mini computer that is still working!
