Was on time and reasonable. I was in an accident and the other company was charging me double for a ride to the airport,but this company didn’t take advantage of my situation.

Don't count on this place to answer their phone. We were stranded after taking an Uber at 2am and had to wait over 3 hours to get another ride The city of Auburn should revoke their taxi license.

I use this company many times at short intervals or frequently to the airport for a ride. They are so punctual and there service is never late. Smoking is not allowed in vehicles and they are well maintained and clean. I found driver so friendly and i use this company every time. i highly recommend this company.

I have been using this service for almost 2 years and I highly recommend this company. We use it to take us, our family and friends to and from the airport - they always make themselves available, are timely and provide good rates. We started using this service after having twins. Living in Grass Valley makes trips to and from the airport very difficult and this service has truly been a life saver for us.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I called the night before and spoke to Raj? Or whatever his name was. I asked if he could provide transportation from Auburn Airport to Grass Valley Airport for 5 pax and bags. He said yes. I told him that I would call to verify when I was departing Van Nuys Airport, which I did...I told him we would be there between 1pm and 1:15pm. He said that he would be there at 12:30, and I advised that was not neccesary. He insisted.
