This cab company went above and beyond for a very confused elderly woman. We called the cab for her because she couldn't get lyft to work on her phone and was confused about where she was going. I called and checked on her twice and he took the time to reassure us that he had helped her call her friend and figured out where she needed to go. Thank God he helped her and us. We were very worried about this older woman and he was a kind soul.

I called this company a week before the travel date to make a reservation I needed a ride to the Sacramento airport at a very early morning 3:30 am. He called the day before to confirmed my reservation and showed up at my front door right on time
I was very impressed with his professionalism and very clean vehicle. I will for sure to use Riseville Cab for our future trips.

Upon my scheduled time,( On their website you can book a time to be picked up), I was never picked up.
I was told by Raj that I was incorrect on my scheduling time. I stated I booked it via their website, and have a confirmation number. He said, "Well I'm not sure what happened, but you are mistaken".
When he did arrive an HOUR late, he drove soooooo slow it was incredible!!
I was charged 30.00 for a few min drive. I decided to get out and start walking. Absolutely not worth the drama or the ripoff!

This in not a review but a complaint. Just now one of your drivers flew through our complex at a very dangerous speed. Max speed here is 10 mph, this guy almost got air jumping our speed bumps. Their are children here. Don't do it again. Info. Blue mini van, older heavy set man with glasses, complex is oaks at sunset, time 3:20 pm Monday December 1st.
