After years of experience inspecting hundreds of residential homes with basement water while working for the "Big" companies, I visited many homes that could have avoided the costly repairs that were "proposed" to "fix" the damage caused by water. When you're competing for a spot on a sales board, some have a tendency to forget Help, Compassion & Honesty and just sell, sell, and sell.
Comments: Ken and his team did a fantastic job in my basement. He was on time throughout and even came over the night before the job to go over details with me since I would not be home when the work was done. He gave me several options and even some DIY tips. In the end, we went with an option that did not make him the most money but was the right choice for me.

I found Ken on Home Advisor. I needed a sump pump installed on a new home. Ken was very responsive and communicate prior to me hiring him for the job. Ken also installed the system for me. Since installation, I have seen his sump pump working and it is doing a great job. Ken is knowledgeable in this line of work and is very friendly and outgoing. I would recommend Ken to someone who needed these types of services.

We had a leaking drain pipe in our crawl space and were frustrated with the resulting smell that kept coming into our master bath. We contacted Dr. Dry about a vapor liner for our crawl space and Ken (owner) came to our home to examine the problem. He went into the crawl space and sat with us and suggested we NOT do anything until we give the drying more time and he also suggested we do a better job of sealing the pipes in the bathroom to eliminate the oder. To quote "if you have a couple dandelions in your yard - you don't replace of treat the entire lawn."
