I had Sewer Experts replace the sewer line from the house to the sidewalk. The crew did an excellent job. I can tell they have a lot of experience. They first scoped the line free of charge and analyzed the video. I saw for myself what the issue was. Then I was given an estimate with no pressure. I opted to replace the majority of the line due to a large Maple in my yard.
Everything with this company I’ve experienced is great in my opinion. From scheduling to completion they made a bad situation painless not to mention a better price.

This company saved me thousands of dollars.
Other companies told me I need very expensive sewer line replacement. Clay pipes. Kara and her team scoped the line, and actually showed me the video, and walked me through it.
In the end I had them install some drain clean outs on the exterior. The line did sink down a little a few months later. They sent some one out promptly, and repaired that.
I would recommend them to anyone!

Scammers and opportunists. Get a second opinion before doing any work they recommend. Had them out to unclog a drain (kitchen water was coming out of washing machine drain). Took maybe 10 minutes to unclog the pipe and clear some paint that got into the utility drain during the remodel. $150. Then they decided to do a scope of the drain pipe leading to the main - all good. Then they did a scope of the sewer main. I had TWO sewer scopes done in the past month, neither one found any big issues. The next day I get an estimate for $8500 to replace the sewer main. There is no video attached, no proof

Team was phenomenal! So helpful and responsive - before, during and after the project was completed. We had to have our entire sewer line replaced, and the team made that process as seamless as possible. They even put our yard back together to the best of their ability. We had been dealing with a cracked sewer line for a couple years. We finally decided it was time to fix our sewer line. After getting an extremely high and shocking estimate from another company for replacing the entire line, we goggled to get a second quote. Sewer Experts came highly recommend. Marisa was very prompt returning my inquiry and came out next day to estimate. Sewer Experts are an amazing business. I highly recommend them. They replaced the sewer line from our house to the street. They were very professional and went above and beyond in all respects. Their pricing was better than 5 other bids and unlike the other companies they did not try and push us into digging up the street and making it a much bigger job. Sewer Experts replaced the sewer line under my basement floor. Overall they did a very good job with the work. They showed up on time, did work as promised, and in the timeframe we discussed. We did have a bit of miscommunication with the scope of work (just as much my fault as theirs) and when we talked through it we came to a good place... they added the scope no problem! The crew was respectful and professional. The supervisor was in and out all day and did a good job with communication along the way. I would recommend Sewer Experts!

Our property management company hired these guys because our shower was backed up. They determined it was roots growing through the main out of the building and that that pipe was broken. They said they roto rooted it in the meantime, but our shower was still backing up. They replaced the pipe yesterday and left our back security door wide open. I was waiting all day for them to call me to talk to me about scheduling to clear the shower drain and didn't receive a call until after 5p. My review is as a prospective customer who, with Marisa's guidance, did not work with Sewer Experts. I called Sewer Experts/Marisa before extensive concrete work that will cover my sewer and water inlet lines. She uses a third-party scope company and arranged for them to look at the sewer. It checked ok, her report suggested nothing urgent to fix, just a regular root clean out and it should be fine. She provided bids for two options if & when I would do the sewer line. On the water line, she helped me determine it is the safe copper line, not lead, so it too should be fine and no work

Excellent sewer service! Positive experience from beginning to end! They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They first diagnosed my sewer line with the camera and then advised on my options with no pressure!! Marisa is a pressure to do business with and her technicians are great.
