Joel and Kelly Pfyffer opened the doors to their Prosciutto's Pizzeria and Pub in Cornelius in November of 2005. Since then Prosciutto's has become part of the LKN community thanks to its' top notch food and an atmosphere that makes you feel like a part of the family. Prosciutto's is an independent, family owned and operated restaurant.
Have your next meeting or event at Prosciuttos. We offer two seperate dinning areas for yout privacy. Our location boasts free wireless internet making mobility easy. Whether it be a party of three researching real estate or sports teams celebrating a winining season, we can accommodate you. Our restaurant is 100% non-smoking with a full liquor license.

This place did a lot things right during our visit. The food was good and the service very good. I'll go back!
We chose this place because they participate in a coupon fundraising book. The pictures and menu made us want to try it out We were not disappointed.
We entered and were told to pick a table anywhere. Our server took our drink orders and answered a few food related questions. Gabrielle ended up being a fantastic server with a pleasant personality. I ordered a cocktail. The bartended didn't know the drink but came out to our table and we pulled up a recipe on

How can 1 place serve such a different pizza. This was our second time ordering from here. 1st time was fantastic... today was awful!!! 1 large pie with pepperoni. How thin and tough can pizza actually be? I've never seen anything so thin. It tasted like they had made it hours before and threw pepperoni on it and reheated it!!!
This definitely turned us off from ever going back!!!

Heather was amazing! The restaurant felt safe and clean. Went with the Boston Cheesesteak Pizza. Turned out pretty good. Perfect temp and balance of ingredients. I didn't discover this business is a fan of the New England Patriots. As an Indianapolis Colts fan I'm confused about whether or not I'm allowed to like the dining experience at this point. I can't front though it was very good. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

Sometimes when you're out looking for a new place for pizza, you get lucky. This afternoon, we did. There is a small, strip mall in Cornelius that has several restaurants plus an Orvis fly fishing shop and a consignment shop with pretty good furniture items. The gem is the restaurant called Prosciuto's Pizza.
It's a pretty standard bar with tables, socially distanced, some beer and wine (good options on both), and an exceptional pizza menu. That said, this is thin crust and everyone won't like that but if you do......you have tremendous options for your pizza. Start with red

We were super happy to find this place when traveling during COVID. We originally were stopping at the nearby Italian shop for subs but when we arrived, there was a line out the door. We stopped in & placed our order with a very friendly waitress. She said it would be ready in 15-20 min. I visited a few neighboring shops while hubby sat & watched the game.
30 minutes later, our food arrived. My wrap was well with it! I ordered the Mediterranean wrap, which was stuffed with large pieces of chicken, toppings and the most delicious dressing. Actually, it was a bit too much chicken for my liking

We used to like it here but lately the food has gone downhill. It's like they don't care! We ordered a pizza well done, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni. The half that was supposed to be plain had pepperoni. It was a greasy mess. The bottom was really scorched and the crust had parts that were totally black. We could not eat it.

Spaghetti and Meatballs. I ordered the full order so I could have 2 of their huge yummy meatballs. It comes with a side salad and bread. My husband ordered the full size of Antipasta salad. Pretty simple order you think. When we arrived the first thing my husband noticed was they gave him the small size of Antipasta salad. He told them and they were all apologetic and quickly gave him a second small one to go. I didn't think

Went for Pizza last night and sat at the bar. We started with the special for Monday of Blue Moons for $3.
Shared a half very small salad which was $5.99. It was basically romaine shredded carrots and a few cucumbers/peppers . More to be desired and not worth 6 bucks.
Our pizza took forever to come out, after waiting 30+ mins after finishing our salad and 1 round of beers it came out.
It was soggy and undercooked for part of the crust. The toppings were plentiful but the bottom of the pizza would give out. I'm not sure if it needed to be cooked more.
Overall I'd give the pizza a

As a RI and New Englander native, this place is awesome and will become my go to for New England sports. It's got a great vibe to it with New England memorabilia decorating the inside. They have an outside area with bar stools and a tv too for this beautiful NC weather.
The food is very good. We tried pizza, pasta, calzones and wings so really feel like we got a great idea of the mix.
