Bad experience, car overheating instead of finding the problem they wanted me to replace everything costing over $1300 replaced Radiator, Thermostat, Upper/Lower hose, flushed engine block They even wanted me to replace a couple things that had been replaced less than a year prior, water pump, timing belt
Spent the $1300, had to take car back in 3 times because it was STILL overheating, got the owner Aaron involved and he found out it was just the $50 plastic recovery tank that was the problem.
Service advisors such as David who I dealt with, get a commission for the unnecessary parts they pressure

UPDATE....CROOKS! So after my initial review, my car was still having the same issue. We have an older model of the same car, my husband told them what he thought was wrong and he was pretty sure of himself. Of course they didn't listen and said we only needed a battery at this point... Of course that is not covered under warranty. So once again, more money out of pocket for no reason. The third time, YES a THIRD time, it had to go in... They had it for several days and finally realized it was the starter, as my husband first told them. Arlin contacted our warranty company but refused to go

Took Odyssey in because rear shocks were leaking and to get power steering and brake flushes. Vehicle wasn't making any noises before they started repairs. Upon completion, rear right of Odyssey makes noises when going over speed bumps. Returned to C&C twice & the techs claimed they do not hear the noises. I was told by another source that the bolts/screws were installed upside down, even though that's not what's causing the noises. No more C&C for me.

Long story short... Super bad day... Blew my tire on my corvette going to work. Ruined the rim. I live south so I'm not exactly in the mix of things and I'm super new to the area. I was referred to C&C by a friend (he has a vette too; they are the only ones he let's work on it). They sent their tow guy (not a random AAA guy) & towed it on a flat bed with ramps. They let me keep it there for over a week while I had new rims shipped and they were honest and kind and didn't rip me off. I feel confident in their work and would highly recommend them. A+++

Dropped car of for diagnostics wensday. Never got a call. I had to call them. "Can't find the problem" but found other issues that need to be fixed. Say that they will continue looking for the issue. Then I get a call 10 minuites before they close on Friday saying they still can't figure it out. And that if I want my car over the weekend I'll have to come pick it up within the next ten minuites. Seriously? Screw these guys. And they insist I pay 100$ for diagnostics when they couldn't even diagnose the problem.

I've been going to C&C for several years. They are super friendly and professional. I love getting a AAA discount and that they shuttle me to work when I drop off for oil change. I think Aaron Clements takes true pride in his business and appreciate that he takes to the air waves on the weekends for free car advice.
I haven't had prefect service there. They goofed up an oil change on my Prius once but using too much oil. I ended up taking to dealership and they explained what happened. It took a little convincing for them to fix it, but in the end they did the right thing

Dropped our car off EARLY Friday morning and was told that we would receive a call. No call was made to us and now we are unable to pick up our car because C & C is closed on the weekend. The vehicle was only going to get a diagnostic checkup! C'mon C&C.... you guys are better than that! At least I thought so....

I have worked with this location and the location on Wrightsboro road for over two years. My recent experience with the Wrightsboro Road location was so exceptional that I had to rave!
I have a newborn and recently my clutch went out while driving in a bad part of town and being a new momma, I panicked. The C & C tow guy (same for both locations) promptly came out to met me and waited with me because he didn't want me to be left alone with a newborn in that area.
They had my clutch replaced a day later and some how saved me $350 from their original quote. After they were done fixing
