You will not find a better mechanical shop in Lancaster County. Everyone who works there is honest and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. I was in a bad situation with a new truck of mine, and I dropped it off for repair and they even gave me a ride back home. Seriously can't say enough about these guys, I will never go anywhere else.

Made an appointment on Thursday for Monday and said I'll drop off the car the night before... Monday comes around. Been calling all day to see what's up and nobody answered. Nobody answered until about 520, 10 minutes before close and told us that they had no idea about the car. They put down the phone and overheard them arguing about my car. Then it gets placed on hold and then they hang up. You can't make this stuff up.
Update. It took them another 2 days to get to my car. I needed the power steering pump replaced and they did it, despite them leaving the pump all oily.. just to find out that

I wanted to say what a great repair shop Accurate Total Care is. Last summer they installed a new radiator in my daughter’s 07 Toyota Camry so that she and I could drive it home to Sarasota Florida. A few weeks after we were home the radiator started leaking at the top of the manifold so I replaced it in Sarasota. The leak was due to a defective part and Joe gave me a complete refund of the work they had done. I do sincerely appreciate their honesty. John Batchelder

Absolutely amazing job! I took my car there due to a failed emissions test in order to get my car inspected. Needed some repairs in order to pass state inspection. Finally the check engine light and tire pressure and breaks are fixed. They did a outstanding job and will definitely keep my business from now on.
