Don't go with them. They were higher in price but offered us faster results. They were late 2 month!!!! Our other lot was taken care of other company that was cheaper but should take longer to get the results and we signed with them after Britt Surveying Inc, and our other lot was done before them. Ridiculous! We called them and talked to a lady, she was saying same things 100 times but she was trying to be nice to us. But then she switched us over to the owner(we guess) of the company and he talked very rude. My husband tried to explain the situation but he was cutting him in the middle of the

Apparently when they are busy, they couldn’t care less about earning the business of new clients. Should have read reviews before even calling but they were recommended by another engineer that couldn’t care less about earning new business when they are already busy. Just because you are backed up with work doesn’t mean you write people off.. this is poor business..

I needed an Elevation Survey for an insurance quote to close on a home I am purchasing in Nokomis Florida. I googled survey companies in Vencie area and called Britt Survey. Michelle was able to arrange getting the survey done extremely quickly within 3 days which was weeks faster then who the insurance agent recommended to call and 25 dollars cheaper! I emailed Michelle a couple times with questions and she always responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend Britt Survey services to anyone in Sarasota County having any survey needs.

Stay Away room this company! They don't hold their scheduled appointments and have no customer service! My appointment was scheduled a month in advance and confirmed via email 3 days before the date. We made arrangements on our end to travel to FL for this appointment, but in the morning of the appointment date we received a phone call that they cannot hold our appointment because they have others booked. We asked to talk to the owner/manager but nobody was available or called us back. We wasted our money to travel to the site and our vacation time (taken of work) to get their cancellation in such

Called to get a copy of the survey for my clients addition, Britt would not release to anyone but the Original owner who is out of business. In 10 years of business have never had any other Surveyor not release a copy. I guess its a good way to make the new owners spend unnecessary money! Use Red Stake Surveyors, they are more than willing to help out!
