Dr. Robert Feccia was born and raised in Milford, MA. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine in 1978 from the University of New Hampshire and his Master of Science degree in Animal Reproduction from the University of Connecticut in 1980.
