I have had insurance with State Farm for years and they have always been nice and professional. I have never had an accident a ticket nor made a claim. I have always made payments on time. For my house and two vehicles. I recently sold a vehicle after paying second car up for 6 months like I always do. I was billed for almost immediately for increase. I called and questioned this. I did not receive what I felt was an appropriate response. Fast forward 3 hrs later and I get a personal call from Jerry. He wanted to make sure my concerns were answered. This is the professional customer oriented Company
