I love the website, it's easier to use (and it was pretty easy before). Your rates are pretty great considering that if you never have use your insurance, it's a straight expense. You guys make that easier to deal with. I think I've had to use insurance 4 times in 40 years, (someone egged my truck, some road work being done did some minor damage, someone dropped a 2 x 4 from their truck on the interstate that hit my car and a deer jumped in front of me on the highway) so I know the feeling of paying for something that you might rarely if ever use.

My wife and i are both retirees from the insurance industry and understand company operations and many of the companies in today's market.
