I signed a contract to have 10 windows installed in December 2020. Work started in May 2021. The project just finished in November 2021. After having to uninstall and reinstall all windows, replacing one, and firing and hiring an entire new crew that didn't know what they were doing. Trying to contact someone at HQ about recouping more of my financed cost is impossible. I was told the discussion wouldn't be had until the project was complete. I got $500 back after I called that was promised when the original project manager was fired, and was told Martin Slusarz would call me after multiple

Dwayne Hayden was excellent and comfortable to talk to. He listened to what I needed. I enjoyed speaking with him as he was very personable. I do think the price is a little expensive, I paid less for an air conditioner system. I do like the product and I am hoping the quality is worth it along with just one contractor to deal with. Sometimes convenience is worth a higher price tag. I will update the review as we progress through the install.

I arrived, unintentionally, at Remodel USA via kohlershowers.com. I called the 800 number on the site to schedule a consultation and ... I should have known immediately something was amiss. The person who answered sounded like they were hired a week ago and given a script and told..."Here, book our appointments". I should have stopped there, but I figured...oh...probably whomever they send out will be fine. Let's start with the works part.... The appointment was at a condo I own, in which my 82 year old in-laws live. I arrived about 10 minutes before the appointment only to

Terrible Company. They use fly by night contractors who are nice but do a terrible installation. The materials: tub and shower are the cheapest Koehler. I called and complained to the main office in Maryland, but nobody follows through. They promise lifetime warranty, but when you call, They ignore the complaint. Please be careful with this Company: Remodel USA, inc. They send salesman who say anything and promise the moon about the products. But the products they install and the work is not worth the price. We Paid $13,000 for the tub, wall and faucet. Very disappointing and unhappy

A terrible company that won't stop calling you. I put in a request for windows in 2004 - 17 years ago and I still get calls today. They seem incapable of taking telephone numbers out of the marketing calls list.
I have no idea of what kind of work they do, so make your own judgements based on that above feedback. I'm sorry I ever contacted them

To be fair and upfront, this review has nothing to do with any work that was performed; because we did not choose remodel after seeing the quote. It has everything to do with the experience with the sales person.
Mike showed up a few minutes after the scheduled time which is fine, living in the NOVA area there's traffic so its understandable they could be late. He seemed fine came in looked around asked us a bunch of questions about the house, what renovations we have done, did we plan on staying here a long time etc. The problem here is he talked about us and our house for 30 mins then

I had requested estimates a couple hours ago for a rental house via Angie for windows and Remodel USA was one of the companies that came up.
I appreciate that the person I spoke to openly said that their windows were not really appropriate for a rental since they were very high quality and therefore rather high priced for a rental house. Their windows are geared for owner occupied homes. I inquired about a ballpark price and had to agree.
I wish all businesses were so open and honest.

Not trustworthy,
After the initial quote, on our roof they came out and requested more money. They did however deposit our down payment. I requested an over night check reimbursement and it has been 5 days and no response.
Please do not trust these people. You never get to talk to the same person and their so called relations person is a joke.
They are now ignoring my calls. I just want my money back.

This company has called me numerous times after I had left an inquiry with Home Depot and through Home advisor. They do NOT represent Home Depot. The sales person said they do not work for Home Depot and gave me an estimate on installing a new bathtub. $11,000.00. For a bathtub.
They have since called me 5 times, wanting to sell me an $11,000.00 bathtub. I have a voicemail text that states they are Remodel USA calling for Home Depot. Lies.

BEFORE YOU HIRE READ THE REVIEWS (unfortunately I did not) Revised Contract Signed on 10/12/18 (1st contract was priced incorrectly)
Contract states estimate begin 12/17/18 completion 12/21/18. I had to call them on the 12/17/18 the day of to remind them of our contract.
Roof was installed then removed. Panels were installed and removed. ( Wrong specs) wasted labor hours.
Today-1/12/19 (mind you we have not had bad weather)
-Missing a panel . Thats on back order
-Final screen to window can not be installed because of missing panel
-Electrician didn't show for two days. Called owner he
