Denise and Delaney are both absolutely fantastic to work with. I have ordered several different types of awards (ribbons, trophies, plaques, and engravings), for both personal events, and for awards and ceremonies for my employer. Denise and Delaney are both extremely friendly, professional, and timely in all communications. They have helped me through the design process, are very knowledgeable of their products and current trends and materials, and they were eager to try something new when I asked if they could engrave and paint pieces of granite for a Police K9 Memorial. I have used this shop for many different occasions over the years. They have always gone above and beyond with any project idea I have. So happy with Denise and the rest of the staff! I called mid day needing a medal put together by the following evening. I knew I was giving a near impossible deadline, but they were willing to work with me. I went down and spoke in person with my envision and am so happy with the final result! And I was able to pick it up the next day. The design was exactly what I wanted; layout, colors, wording. They even sent me a rough draft before finalizing. It's going to be the perfect gift for someone dear to me. Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone!

Couldn't ask for Better Customer Service! We purchased 15 Acrylic awards and a wall plaque with a lot of engraving on each. They helped us with the selection of the blank awards that needed to be blue and the layout including our logo. They were finished and ready for pick-up 5 days before our deadline - amazing.

This place is excellent! The customer service is wonderful and the product we received was great. When another company fell through on a project at the last minute, Impressive Trophies was able to step in and provide us with a product that looked professional and was very affordable, and get it ready in an incredibly short period of time. They were communicative and friendly, and worked together with another local business to help us. I have to highly recommend them!

Called to get a quote on engraving; price seemed fair so stopped in to drop-off items. Called the day it was estimated due; no answer in am or pm and no return call to my voicemail. Called the next day, was told they were doing the engraving that day, arranged to pick it up later before closing. Went to pick it up and the shop closed early but didn't bother to call me so I wouldn't come by for nothing. Confused that they were closed, I called and left a voicemail which was also never returned. Finally got ahold of them and picked up my items 4 days after they were promised. Had to laugh
