Ann and her staff at Image Masters are absolutely fantastic. I'm in the middle of my fourth trophy order with them and I cannot say enough good things about how they conduct business (particularly during the pandemic!). My first three orders have all been fantastic and exactly what I expected; my fourth had a small hiccup and yet it's the reason I'm writing this review.
As a customer, it says more to me about the character of a business and its ownership in how they act when things don't go quite right, as opposed to when everything is perfect. I went to pick up my fourth order

Fabulous experience; needed laser engraving on a pocket knife. The owner and staff were very friendly and eager to help with my small project which was completed ahead of schedule and at a reasonable price. The final product was just what I was looking for, nice quality and detailed laser work which displayed my logo very nicely. Image Masters will be my go to for future projects!

Horrible customer service by the owner!
I went in about 2 weeks ago to have trophies made for my child's football team. I have trophies made every year but I always go to the award shop and Kent. When I went this year I found out it was closed so I hopped on Google to find somewhere else close and Image Masters popped up. I went into their location and quickly chose what I wanted wrote everything down on paper and told them I needed them in a week. The girl I spoke to was polite and courteous and said she would get it done. It was super easy.

Today, Ann with Image Masters saved my day!!! I am the assistant coach for a volleyball team. We have our end of the season party scheduled for tonight. This afternoon the coach calls me upset because they forgot to order trophy's for the team. I couldn't believe it! I immediately started calling around to the different trophy places around our area. I called several places and nobody was able to help me. Then I called Image Masters and spoke with Ann. She felt for the situation I was in and asked me for my phone number, she wanted to look around to see what she had that might

After making many phone calls to find a business that could laser etch stainless steel tools for a Christmas gift, I thought I was out of luck. I then found that Image Masters was a stone's throw away from my work, and decided to pay them a visit before my shift. Boy was I glad I did! Anne and crew managed to get the job done quickly and inexpensively, and I couldn't be happier with the results! It took less than 24 hours before I received a phone call noting that my order was ready. I'll definitely be a return customer!
